Roles & responsibilities Implementation of the approved annual HSE programme. Audits compliance with Health Safety and environmental protection regulations and procedures. Promote awareness of site personnel to safety. Inspect all existing fixed and mobile plants and equipment and installations to ensure adherence to companys established safety rules, standards and codes of practice. Investigates industrial incidents/accidents and writes related statistical and analytical reports. Developing means of communications within the Company hierarchy to publish HSE Policy and HSE Management System. RISK MANAGEMENT Developing Risk Management System and identify training requirements Communicate and explain requirements and coach development of Asset Risk Register. Advise needs for QRAs and Safety Cases development and subsequent update. Guide Task Risk Assessment (identify, organize, participate, report on progress and follow up).

PEOPLE Monitor compliance with HSE training standard and advise site management. Give induction and general HSE training.

PROJECTS & MODIFICATIONS MANAGEMENT Guiding risk assessment of modification. Participate in site verification of modification in line with agreed scope.
