Ans: A GDSS or group decision support system is the interactive software or computer system based system which allows the solution of unstructured and semi structured problems by the group of managers or decision makers. Wireless MAN: Wireless metropolitan area networks are a type of wireless network that connects several wireless LANs. Wireless WAN :Wireless wide area networks are wireless networks that typically cover large areas, such as between neighboring towns and cities, or city and suburb. Cellular network: A cellular network or mobile network is a radio network distributed over land areas called cells, each served by at least one fixed-location transceiver, known as a cell site or base station. Ans: Consumer relationship management systems (CRS) are specialized customer relationship management (CRM) software applications that are used to handle a company's dealings with its customers. Current CRMS integrate the software with telephone and call recording systems as well as with corporate systems for input and reporting. Q18: what is supply chain mgt system? Ans: Supply chain management systems, simply defined, are a network of businesses linked together to provide materials and services to an

end user. The goal of these systems is to coordinate functions and strategies, throughout a company, and across businesses, to improve the performance of all parties involved.
