DEED OF ASSIGNMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed by and between:

MARY JANE A. SANTOS, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at Unit 12 Genesis Point Village, Irisan, Baguio City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR; -andANALYN S. CRUZ, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at 124-J Banig, Tawang, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE. WITNESSETH: That the ASSIGNOR is indebted to the ASSIGNEE in the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00), Philippine Currency, and in full payment and complete satisfaction thereof, the ASSIGNOR hereby ASSIGN, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the ASSIGNEE that certain real estate situated in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, and more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land situated in Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, x x x Containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED (500) SQUARE METERS, more or less. x x x of which real estate the ASSIGNOR is the registered owner, her title being evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 46295 issued by the Register of Deeds of La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines. That the ASSIGNEE does hereby accept this assignment in full payment of the above-mentioned debt of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php150,000.00), Philippine Currency.
