Sharad is a post graduate in HR with basic qualifications in Commerce and Law. Sharad started his career with Asian Paints and then moved on to Boehringer Mannheim a German Pharma Company. In 1996, Sharad joined Cadbury India Ltd. At the time of leaving Cadbury Sharad was responsible for Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation Strategy. During his tenure at Cadbury he also had a stint with the Cadbury Schweppes business in Australia. He joined HDFC Standard Life in 2007 to Head HR where he was responsible for Human Resource, L&D and Sales Training. Currently associated with Thermax as Executive Vice President HR, IR & Admin and Member of the Executive Council.
