RESPONSIBILITIES: My Previous Experience & Responsibilities Includes:

Office Administration: Preparation of memos, letters, Dispatch of Memos and other Correspondences to different departments of Hindustan Beach Retreat (HBR), Preparation and updating of Documents, Contracts, Issue of Office Stationery items, Ordering of Stationery by HBR Online Stationery System, Follow-up on actions to be taken by Managers. Front office executive: Systematic Up-keeping of Documents in the Record Keeping System Welcoming, Treating And Handling Guest complaints and updating guests likes and dislike in system and sending details through online to different branches of the Company Office Correspondence: To communicate within different Departments of Hotels and with contractors regarding Tenders and Contracts. Dispatch: Dispatch of large number of outgoing Memos and letters to different departments of Hindustan Beach retreat (HBR). Updating Records: Updating of Guest details & Contacts in Microsoft Office Excel for easy reference for hotel Authorities Responsible for Petty Cash & Stationery.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATIONAL & TECHNICAL)

Degree in B.sc hospitality and hotel administration (Board of A.I.C.T.E Examination) in 2009 Degree in B.A Travel and Tourism (Tamilnadu University) Secured second class in Higher Secondary Examination (Kerala university) in 2006 Achieved all India C.B.S.E certificate in secondary examination in 2004 Certificate in all India cyber courses Certificate in Microsoft Office (Windows 95, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, D Base III Plus etc.

SPECIAL SKILLS Ability to undertake the responsibilities of Office Administrator/ office Secretary / Document Controller etc. Ability to undertake responsibilities of a Project Supervisor. Ability to undertake responsibilities of a Warehouse. Experience in Computer Software (Microsoft Office) Excellent Communication Skill, Good in English Speaking
