Chapter One :philosophy/ethics /morals "We are what we think "-Buddha . Since our birth,since the time we gain conscience and start to know the world we are taught by our for-bearers and elders .The reason behind it is we the civilized humans were so lazy to adapt initially in the nature that we thought of creating a system around us which made everything easy and organized according to us .But to the side effect of the system we are now living in a environment were we have to adapt and re-adapt every moment .And our children spent nearly half of their lifetime studying about our systems so that just are able to survive here .The person who doesn't like it or is not mentally or physically able to satisfy the norms of the system gets discarded from the society .It is just the moment of time before he becomes just another beggar on the street and eventually dies or decides to create his own system by joining thugs or politicians. Now we are taught relentlessly about ethics .In schools everyone of us remembers a list of "thoughts for the day ". Everyday a students comes and says something meaningful .We listen to them we even like what they said for that moment.But as the time progresses we are so much controlled by our instincts and ultimately our senses directs our action not our mind .A sequence a situation has our mind so much occupied and eventually we often lose control of our emotions and tend either to act like a machine that wants to do tit for tat or vice-verse.It only means one things that either the character does not exists or taking a dormant form in the close calls when situation demands action .The will to getting better in life the tireless exertions to correct your mistakes and breathe new life into the things around you is what makes a proper human being.It was in-fact swami vivekananda who said that "even if a person manages to devote himself just to single ideal he bound to become great one day". With a present situation of humans anthropology .We see people finish MBA and get a job the job requires them to be broadminded and versatile .This can't come all of sudden until it is sown into our character at a very initial stage.We see more and more dishonest and deceitful people show up as there are already the many filthy ones out there .It is pretty obvious that in 21st century intelligence has evolved people to becomes cynical .But think about this it was charlie chaplin who said this and even to this day i have been trying to fight this stigmata . As more and more find ourselves surrounded by these cynical hypocrites .It is important to learn and perfect the most basic of the ideals in these times ."Never to lie ""Forgive always "of course nothing is perfect and every theory becomes subjective at some point and that a reason intelligence is evolved over a period through experience to known when you need to act according to the situation.Because situation are very powerful over our psychology one must surely practice to take in a group because a gathering fails as we keep looking at each other to react first while time gets ahead of us all. Invariably it becomes difficult to continue as the world around you quickly identifies your weakness.Your trust ,your compassion will be utilized by others .Now it is you who must decide to what extent you want to give chances to other people who would constantly play with your trust .If you are not sure and weary of consequences always try your level best to maintain transparency .By transparency always let the person with high authority aware of what you doing and why you are doing.The most common mistakes a person with some intelligence makes is he stops taking the advise of the others .Always remember you never know what you may learn from those people so always respect experience of other people and take what is useful to you.Again the idea that you adapt must not be in conflict with your ideals they merely be an extension of it . Adapting a theology or religious teaching is just a matter of how you would like to define yourself and what you most probably think is believable .What you truly want to become ?This is the most important question that needs to be realized? Basically is just picking any of the two colors either black or white the characteristics of angle or devil!. If you choose to be evil this book is not for you . Happiness for yourself or happiness for everybody if you wish happiness for everybody then you

should know how to keep yourself happy first because you are the source and hence your capacity must be endless.

Chapter two:Voice and accent While speaking to someone it is very necessary to leave an everlasting impression .It is possible to alter your tone and pitch of the voice to match according to your personality .A generic voice will also do fine but at a times when you are exaggerating or want to emphasize those certain words you will have to change the tone of your voice and obviously a soothing voice is much preferable than the strong voice as when talking to individuals they must feel the connection the acceptance in your voice .It must not sound very formal all the time ,The way you craft the sentence and the way you deliver it with all the emotion doing justice to the sensation proves your intellect.For formal talk try taking the example of karan thapar at CNN -ibn or the best example of oratory available today barack obama. Well regarding how to talk friendly i guess you shouldn't be needing any example but just for formality try observing Ali zafar -pakistani singer or shehzad roy of same. Now this also brings is to very wonderful topic of how to argue .I have seen many talented people getting so much enticed into their own agenda that they forget they are arguing for the topic and not for their viewpoints or simply not being equipped enough to sensibly communicate among a group of people .Specially when their thoughts are being attacked by others.They remain defensive for sometime then suddenly then take everything to offense.This is very primitive very basic standing up to a devil's advocate is an art it is talent which is largely driven by our own self belief .The self righteousness.If you believe that you have a point that need to be communicated to the people you have all the authority to be incisive . But do not collide with the opinion of the other people instead try to find a viable answer for the problem . If there is no one intelligent enough to understand you .Of course ,you need to take a back seat then .Always be your own critic .This is the key .You should find ways to correct yourself .Most importantly we need to understand what others expect from us and what they are actually trying to communicate .Trust me it takes a great deal of comprehension to truly understand the others points of view .We must not live in our own world but often make an attempt to understand varied amount of mentality around us. And always when you look at a intellectual person it is easy to jump into a conclusion looking at their stature is that they are emotionless.But trust they are far more sensitive than average that is why they learn to hide and practice extreme control over their emotions.Always remember a genius is born out a shear will to understand and appreciate the human emotions and their perceptions. Chapter three:Composer /Gesture You may think with sound mind and voice you are almost done with your characteristics .In fact you are even right there are people who are physically disabled band yet with their courage they manage to be an example for many.But say if you have a proper shape then lets get it composed . Most often i have seen people who stay engaged with lots of work which is obviously if are liked by many.There is very little attention paid to the personal hygiene .Take a note i have not mentioned

yet about the dressing sense etc .Yes your organized way of living makes a point .I know and i have seen many who live scattered as they put all their attention to only one part of the life.It is highly important to be live clean and take care of your health as well as the people around you.It is part of a wider conscience that cover every aspect of life .Not necessarily seeking perfection but mostly maintain the cleanness ration of inside and outside. Now every occasion calls for particular dressing.But yes if you much like me do not believe in dates you can choose to be subtle and wear the dress that comforts you the most . Yes i give you this advise wear only the dress that makes you look beautiful in own eyes.And if you carry the beauty in your eyes you will look just fine .But like in some companies if there is dress code you must embrace it and do not falter with your looks .More often you will discover better apparition coming to shape as when all the elements are combined together . Lets not be very preservative again then which the mistake that i often make that is simple not allowing anything to touch you or even be highly protective of your accessories .In the end the fact must never be forgotten that you in flesh and blood are most important than your looks or dress .And as always some day your ideals will become more important than your body .The first sign of invincibility . Chapter four :Complex scenario handling/worst case management Well it is more often that even after having organized everything so perfectly things will go bad.Well to that i will say there always exists things which are more powerful than us and deserves our respect .Never ever take any step so ambitiously that goes against the nature and against the most powerful enemy in the universe called "time" Let's discuss the first ever hurdle that you will come across as the leader we address a public always you will find people with different maturity levels in-front of you.I have noticed that at certain point in your life when you are remarkably known more that others .The next difficult phase of life starts the phase where you will find very difficult to mingle with those people .You will face difficulty in entertaining those people around you. This will eventually cause them to look at you as nerd.And with you least bothered about those minions .The resentment further grows creating a large communication gap . Your responsibility as face of the organization is to comfortable able to mingle with all kind of people on the floor .Again here the only guiding principle here remains your own philosophy of life . Your architecture that reminds you to treat everyone equal to your own self as grim reminder of the fact that at certain point of life you were the shoe of that person and only when you know the pain and agony of how it feels to be ignored by others or to be downgraded.You must take a pledge never to inflict the same pain on others .This trading is very fine you never know even a slightest reaction of your can cause complexity among your people .So as always an in depth research of viewpoints is necessary to win the vote of everyone. Not to worry as there is no reason to jump you here there trying to justify yourself .When you know you're right just deliver the contents . Now we move to next and perhaps the biggest issue every workaholic has gone through is balancing personal and working life .

Our personal life consists of our deep rooted emotions .The things that literally drives us forward in life.Trust me many people has languished as they threw their personal life in-front of work .Life will slowly start to lose meaning till the moment you question yourself "why i am going to office?". If you try to take work personally it becomes dirty and you will eventually get fired! I have personally experienced that if you through yourself more towards work.Your true life starts suffering from the lack of emotions .And you start running in perplexed hemisphere that leads further towards heartbreak and disappointment .always pushing you towards perpetual despair .This is very difficult period of life .When you lose the love your life and suddenly everything appears so meaning less and empty. But " life is more than that "and unfortunately it takes a great deal of self revival to realize such a small sentence.At the times like these you must fall back to your roots and inspire yourself again. Not just for yourself but for everyone . Handling complex scenarios in life is huge topic i see i can fill pages explaining subjective judgement and perceptual schematics.But we need to keep it short.Complex scenarios are not limited to any location or time .Most people often fail to handle the complexity in their personal relationship.The reason why it persists is because we the humans are great actors .We always are aware of the facts but tend to be cool.Any solution that says apologize or admit fault is not an option for us .I have theory when it comes to family and work .Work place and people change but the family always stays .The first preference must always go to the family and you must use all the power and resources available to your disposal to fix your personal ground.Remember that never ignore them .You ll suffer for it.People who deserve your attention shouldn't be put back in the preference list .After growing up if you forgot the persons who made you this tall then you have digged you own grave in-front of the people and most importantly in-front of the almighty. It is important for everyone to have a constant realization that someone is watching and no matter what your actions do make an impact in your life . "We are nothing but the product of our own deeds ". A belief in karma a belief in overmatching power will strengthen your actions further.It is the utmost respect and gratitude of ours towards the people who made us capable that teaches us about relationships and often the only true essence of human dignity.Life in solitude is very attractive but abandoning your people for the salvation while crooks rule the city will move the future of world towards self destruction.There was once a human who denied nirvana just because he wanted to help others .His name was Buddha. Remember by true means strong the man who is self -controlled and selfless when serving the people he loves with this belief starts the journey of good man towards greatness.And with every step you take you become stronger and with every kind face you meet you become more hopeful .and slowly very difficulty fades away in-front of your persistence .This is the remarkable story of life .A man born to serve others a hero always cherished in everyone's memory.
