SPARTANBCRG, S.C., June 13 When Cotton CIwen6 named Bobby Allison to drive his famed No. 6 Dodge stock car racers on theNASCAR Grand Nailonal clrcuit, he got more than a driver. He also got another AHson. Abng with Hobby came an older brother, Eddle, who hns been in the racing busines9 longer than elther Bobby o r another younger brother, Donnie, both well known for thelr driving abilitie~r. But instead of w* o In the limelight aJ a driver, Eddie has been tucked away in the shadows as a mechanic. Hls work has been dlsplayed only in the form of the cars that Bobby and Donnle have drlven to fame.
