VILLAGE OF ALSIP VILLAGE BOARD SPECIAL MEETING August 9, 2010

Mayor Kitching called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m., with the following in attendance: Trustees Shapiro, Godfrey, McGreal, Michaels, and Mayor Kitching. Absent: Trustees Daddona and Quinn. Mayor Kitching reported this meeting was scheduled for Board consideration of the appointment of Finance Director Greg Palumbo as the Villages representative to the Joint Review Board and called for a motion. Motion by Trustee Godfrey to approve the appointment of Greg Palumbo as the Villages representative to the Joint Review Board for the Proposed Pulaski Corridor TIF; seconded by Trustee Shapiro. Roll #1: Voting aye: Trustees Shapiro, Godfrey, McGreal and Michaels. Motion carried. Motion by Trustee Shapiro to adjourn; seconded by Trustee Michaels. All in favor; none opposed. Motion carried.
