Project 58

. . .

This past week your donations helped two Word of Life members-a single mom with her rent payment and another with her gas bill. You also helped a single woman in the community with part of her apartment deposit, as well as a man in our community with rent. Volunteers are needed Sunday February 17, following the Word of Life Church services. You can help by escorting residents to attend a multi-denominational church service. Come with a smile, hold a hand, or push a wheelchair. Our team makes a difference! Meet us at 1:50 PM in the lobby of the Living Community nursing home (NW of Heartland Hospital, 1202 Heartland Road). Ends around 3:30 PM. Church members and teams regularly volunteer at Second Harvest in a variety of ways. New opportunities are available now. Contact Megan at the church office for more information.
