President Brandy Groves called to order at 5:40 B. Introductions were made Approval of Minutes A. The minutes from May 2011 were presented and a reviewed. Reports a. Treasurers Report May 10th to June 30th was presented and reviewed . We have a bank balance of 4617.58. Nicole Arsenault made a motion to approve the treasure report. Brandy Groves Seconded the motion . b. Principals Report A. Class size is big. They will be hiring another teacher to be put in room 9. It will be a grades 1 and 2. After Labor day IV. Chevys H. Ducky derby Wes camp I . Harvest fair in new business Kelly Polson will be in charge contacting Nash farm about a big pumpkin to donate for the Harvest fair

Brandy groves made a motion to spend 400 dollars to do the sycamore parent club taxes 2nd Kristy Vanderiest c. Audit for year-end Nicole Arsenault, Shawn McFarland and Julie Buick

New Business a. Putting the parent club mins on the back of the Monday Calander of events b. Need someone to chair the walk to school day October 5th the school that participate gets 500 dollars. Kelly Polson volunteered to chair. c. Cookie dough. Nicole Arsenault to chair. October 18th is the kick off i. the principal, Bob Stathem let us know that we need to look into the profit. d. Harvest fair planning premeetings set sept 8th at 4pm a. look in the shed day set for October 27th b.Margaret Bonsey made a motion to allot $750 for the Harvest fair and kristy 2nd

Prncipal to donate prizes to the parent club for the harvest fair e. Set up a face book page and set up a Paypal account f. Ide Adobe field trip in red bluff. Students make rope, candles and dress up. Brandy Groves to get more information on how much it costs g. Future meeting day and time 530 on Tuesday after at the school board meeting a.
