Work Profile
As a fresh inductee into CRISIL, you will: Get trained in the CRISIL way of doing things with independence and analytical rigour Develop a habit of tracking the global environment and monitor macro-economic factors and its impact on company performance and industries across multiple geographies, trends in government policy, corporate governance etc. Get an opportunity to work with clients across geographies within your first year of joining where you will : Understand their challenges, issues, gather data and information, and provide an optimal solution Contribute to your teams effort at independent research and analysis aimed towards arriving at robust conclusions or recommendations

Execute assignments pertaining to research and analytics that will include company and industry research, web and market research, creating and running models, simulations, scenario analysis etc. Contribute to your teams effort at articulating their work in a clearly thought and laid out presentation or report

Screening would consist of an online test Short-listed candidates will go through technical and HR interviews Evaluation criteria would include aptitude and attitude towards learning Offer confirmations on placement day
