Relaxation in upper age limit (as on 31.12 .2012) will be extended as per Government of India guidelines which is as below at present: Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates Other Backward Classes candidates Persons with Disability (PWD) Ex-serviceman / Commissioned Officers including ECOs/ SSCOs who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released 5 years 3 years 10 years 3 years in addition to number of years of service in Defence Forces subject to a maximum of 50 years.

Note: The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines. Date of birth as per Secondary School Certificate (SSC) should be mentioned. Persons suffering from not less than 40% of relevant disability certified by Competent Authority shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation for Persons with Disability (PWD). The SC/ST/OBC/PWD applicants claiming reservation in eligibility criteria should submit Caste/Tribe/Disability Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as in Government of India format for availing the benefit of reservation at the time of interview. For getting the reservation benefits under OBC category, following are required to be adhered: The candidate must not belong to creamy layer/socially advanced sections The name of caste and community of the candidate must appear in the Central list of Backward classes The candidate need to furnish their OBC certificate as per the format prescribed by the Government of India (not older than six months as on 31.12.2012), from the Competent Authority, at the time of interview. The OBC applicants coming under Creamy Layer will be treated as General Category candidates and hence should indicate their category as General. An ex-serviceman who has once joined the Government job on the Civil side after availing the benefits given to him as an ex-serviceman for his re-employment, his ex-serviceman status for the purpose of re-employment in Government ceases and thus will not be eligible to seek relaxation in upper age limit as detailed above. In case of a candidate who is eligible for relaxation under more than one of the above categories, the age relaxation will be available on cumulative basis. Once the category is notified in the application form, it cannot be changed at any stage later on.

2(b) Relaxation in Percentage of Marks for Educational qualification for SC/ST Candidates: 1. Percentage of Marks only in the respective qualification. Relaxation of 5% marks only in the respective minimum educational qualification. No relaxation will be allowed in minimum educational qualification prescribed against each post.

2 (c ) Relaxation for serving Employees of Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) & Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL) : Applicants should have completed 05 years of continuous service in the above respective organisation for being eligible under this category 1 Relaxation of age for serving Employees 05 years of SPMCIL & BRBNMPL Educational Qualification , Percentage of Marks & Nature of Experience Relaxation of 5% marks only in the respective minimum educational qualification. No relaxation will be allowed in minimum educational qualification prescribed against each post. BRBNMPL & SPMCIL candidates should have experience in respective field/discipline as required. However work experience in BRBNMPL & SPMCIL shall be considered as relevant industry experience.

Cost to the Company (CTC) includes all identifiable costs including retirement benefits and other benefits which are subject to conditions as per the rules of the Company. 5. SELECTION PROCEDURE: a. Selection for the post of Assistant Manager, Engineer/Officer and Industrial Workmen Grade I-IV will be done through on-line test followed by a personal interview of candidates who qualify in the on-line test and short-listed for interview. b. The On-line test in respect of Assistant Manager and Engineer/Officer will consist of test of reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English and Professional Knowledge in the respective field. c. The On-line test in respect of all Industrial Workmen grades will consist of test of reasoning, numerical ability, general knowledge and general science & mathematics. d. The above tests will be in English language only. e. In the selection process, an applicant has to secure minimum marks in each of the tests and rank sufficiently higher to be called for the interview. The minimum marks will be decided by the company based on the performance in the on-line test. However, since the final selection would depend on the number of vacancies as also relative performance, merely qualifying in

the on-line test and personal interview will not entitle an applicant to appointment in the company. f. As the vacancies exist in both executive and non-executive cadre in disciplines like i. Mechanical branch ii. Electrical/Electronics iii. Chemical, Pulp & Paper Technology, separate rank lists in respect of each of these disciplines will be prepared after on-line test as also interview and candidates will be appointed from these three lists to the extent of vacancies earmarked for each discipline. g. Other detailed information regarding the examination will be given in an Information Handout, which will be made available for the candidates to download along with the call letter for On-line test in the companys website. Penalty for wrong answers: There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the objective tests. For each question for which wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at the corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question. 6. HOW TO APPLY: Application should be submitted in on-line mode only Candidates are advised to note that one candidate is allowed to apply for one Post only which is most suitable to their qualification and experience. Intimation about call letters will be sent through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account. Keep the necessary details/documents ready if desired to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges The candidate should have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specification given below in JPEG format not exceeding 50 KB and 20 KB respectively and upload the photograph and signature. The online application will not be registered unless the candidates photo and signature is uploaded after completion of the entry in online mode. Procedure for applying online: (a) Candidates to visit companys website www.bnpmindia.com and open the link for filling the Online Application Form. (b) After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, candidates are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available on the screen. (c) The payment can be made by using MASTER/VISA debit/ credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment will be borne by the candidates.

(d) On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated; Candidates can take a printout for their record. (e) There is a provision to modify the submitted online application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in online application, if any. Candidates can modify details only up to 3 times. After the last date, no modification will be permitted (f) If the online transaction has not been successfully completed, Candidates may register again. Candidates may then revisit Online Application link and fill in their application details again and make payment online.

Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected. Note : There is also a provision to reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing fee details, at later stage. The candidates are advised to take System Generated Print-out of the Registered Application, duly completed in all respects. The copy of the registered application along with self-attested copies of the certificates/documents for proof of date of birth, educational qualification, work experience, caste certificate, age relaxation and other related documents should be submitted at the time of Interview or if advised to submit at any date. Candidates should select only one centre and indicate the name of the centre in the online application. Choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final. Request for change of centre will not be entertained. If sufficient number of candidates do not opt for a particular centre for On-line test, company reserves the right to cancel any of the centres and/or add some other centre(s)/ to allot candidate to any other examination centre than the one opted for. The candidates will have to appear for On-line Test at the centres specified at their own cost. 8. CALL LETTERS FOR THE O N L I N E T E S T / EXAMINATION: The date of online test will be intimated in the Call Letter along with the Centre/Venue for the Examination. Facility for downloading call letter online will be made available in the Companys website. Company takes no responsibility for non-receipt of Intimation or inability to print call letter from WEB. Candidates are advised to keep visiting Companys website for updates on the recruitment process. Phone calls are not solicited from candidates in matters related to the same. Candidates have to bring their call letter along with their photo identity proof in original a s well as a photocopy while attending the Online examination /Interview and will have to submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination Call Letter. Identity Verification In the examination hall, the call letter along with a self-attested photocopy of the candidates photo identity such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voters Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by Gazetted Officer/ Peoples Representative along with a photograph/ Identity Card issued by a recognized college / university / Aadhar card with a photograph / Employee ID should be submitted to the invigilator for verification. The candidates identity will be verified with respect to his / her details on the call letter and in the Attendance List. If identity of the candidate is in doubt, the candidate may not be allowed to appear for the Online Examination. ACTION AGAINST CANDIDATES FOUND GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT: Candidates are warned that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated or suppress any material information while filling up the application form. At the time of interview, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of 1. Impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person o r 2. Resorting to any other irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for the selection or 3. Obtaining the support of his/her candidature by any means; such candidate may, in addition to, rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution will be liable (a) to be disqualified from the interview for which he/she is the candidate (b) to be debarred either permanently or for a specific period from any examination or selection held by the Company. The Company would be analysing the responses of a candidate with other candidates, who appeared for the examination to detect patterns of similarity. If, as per the laid down procedure, it is suspected that the responses have been shared and the scores obtained are not genuine/ valid, the Company reserves the right to cancel his/her candidature. Please note importantly that a candidate who has been declared successful but subsequently found ineligible will not be allowed to take part in the process / join the services of the Company and the inconvenience caused thereby will be at his/her cost and consequences. 10. IMPORTANT GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Prescribed qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview/Test. Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to raise the standard of specifications to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview. The recruitment process can be cancelled/suspended/deferred/terminated without assigning any reason. The decision of the management will be final and no appeal will be entertained. (2)If the candidate knowingly or wilfully furnishes incorrect or false particulars/In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will be cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated. (3)Candidates seeking relaxation in Fee/Age must produce certificates in original in support of his/her claim at the time of interview. (4) Applications received without requisite application fee except from those who have been exempted and applications not submitted strictly in required format through online process/incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. (5) Admission to the online test/Interview will be purely provisional without verification of age/ qualification/experience/category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Ser.) etc. of the applicants. Each applicant should therefore, ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and that the particulars furnished in the application are complete and correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage that an applicant does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and /or has furnished incorrect information or suppressed any material information, his/her candidature will be cancelled and, if already appointed, his/her services will be summarily terminated without giving any notice, or any compensation in lieu thereof.

(6) All educational qualifications should be obtained from recognised Indian universities/institutions. If grades are awarded instead of marks, candidates should clearly indicate its numerical equivalent so as to check the eligibility percentage. In the absence of such information applications are liable for rejection. ( 7) Candidates serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings should produce No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview, in the absence of which their candidature may not be considered. (8) Persons who have been dismissed from the service of any organization need not apply.

(9) The decision of the company in all matters regarding eligibility, short listing of applicants for interview, conduct of interview and selection will be final and binding on the applicants and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Mere fulfilling m i n i m um eligible criteria shall not entitle any candidate to be short-listed/selected. (10) Selected candidates will be required to join duty within a short notice. Selected candidates will be liable to be posted in c o m p a n y s office at Mysore or Bangalore or at any o t h e r places as may be opened in future. (17) Only those candidate who meets the eligibility criteria & who have cleared their Online Examination and who are short-listed for appearing in the Personal Interview will be intimated by e-mail (online) to their e - mail address, furnished by them. The names of candidates who are finally short-listed for interview will also be available on the Companys Website www.bnpmindia.com. (18) Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit and

verification of character and antecedents as per the requirement of the Company. Such appointment will also be subject to the Service & Conduct Rules of the Company. (19) Candidates selected both in executive and non-executive cadre and appointed will be placed on probation for a period of one year which may be extended for a further maximum period of one year at the discretion of the company. (20) Candidates will have to produce original caste and other relevant certificates like educational qualifications, experience, age, disability etc. at the time of interview, in support of his /her eligibility, as per the details furnished in the application, failing which his / her candidature will be cancelled. (21) Decision of the Company in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the examination, interview, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. (22) The Candidates may please take note that the factory being a continuous process plant, will operate on 24 x 7 i.e., 3 shifts basis and employees will be required to come in all shifts.
