This dated design treatment potentially excludes new younger generations of listeners from discovering this rich, soulful music form that includes topics ranging from love to the inevitability of death. it is often cast as the stereotypical ba bump ba bump ba bump ba bump guitar line. is often attributed as being old people music which can be attributed to the dominant aesthetic portrayal.
