EXPERIENCE: 2011 Present Mathematics Instructor Putnam Voc/Tech HS Springfield, MA Instructing grades (11, 12) Algebra II, Advanced Algebra & Trigonometry, PreCalculus, Algebra I, Algebra II Honors, Calculus

Provide an exciting classroom devoted to the enrichment of mathematical concepts for students. Use technology to assist differential learning styles - PenCasts Follow MA curriculum frameworks Robotics and Automation/Applied Mathematics/Pre-engineering Instructor Putnam Voc/Tech HS Springfield, MA Instructing grades (9, 10, 11, 12) Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus I (Difference Quotient), General Physics, PBASIC & RobotC, Mechanics, Circuits.

2008 2011

The Robotics & Automation/Applied Mathematics initiated by me, is a rigorous three-and-a-half year program at Putnam Technical Vocational High School designed to produce critical-thinking of pattern analysis contained in electrical, mechanical, computer engineering and mathematical applications in students. Students will have access to chemical, biological and mechanical engineering research in order to search for Green Technology. The Robotics & Automation/Applied Mathematics program will include a rigorous academic and technical training that will allow students to enroll in a two or four year college or university. Major academic concentrations will be concern with mathematical functions (linear, quadratic, cubic, sigmoid, etc.), pattern analysis, geometric concepts, logic (Boolean), vector analysis (robotic envelop), trigonometry with respect to field strength and harmonics, unit circle, Pythagorean Theorem, Newtonian Physics, TI-84+, statistics and computational calculations for automation. Major technical concentrations will also concern programming (PBASIC), Computer-Aided Design & Drafting, electrical schematics, circuit design, engineer design, sensor application & programming, Statistical Process Control (SPC), engineering design and development projects, using oscilloscopes to identify Pulse Width Durations (PWD), mechanical and electrical stress, electronic communications, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and principles of automation. A senior thesis and project are due at the end of the program as well as a portfolio. Initiated the current program under the STEM guidelines to instruct students on a wide variety of mathematical applications using robotic technologies. Vex system (for applicable mathematics applications) as well as using Parallax microcontrollers (PBASIC). Students study physical applications of robotics as well as programming (using RobotC as well as PBASIC) in order for a robot to perform a desired function and promote excitement for mathematical conceptualized of that function. Students follow the current Massachusetts curriculum frameworks for robotics and automation plus learn critical mathematical analysis of physical situations (real-life examples) in order to obtain desired results. Biology Teacher Chicopee Comprehensive High School Chicopee, Massachusetts Teaching Biology, Ecology, Plant Physiology (10 12)

Instruction on biology, ecology and plant physiology. Use standard based learning and preparation to allow the greatest learning environment. Use an engaging atmosphere in classroom to allow all students to become familiar with mathematics in a real life basis by bringing in pharmacological issues. Believe in a rigid management style to learning by setting rules and regulations and following routines.
