I am Business Advisor and Interim Manager in our family business Relator AS, and currently in positions as: CEO of UroLogical AS, Oslo Managing Director, UroLogical Ltd., London Interim CEO, GripGroup AS, Oslo I am a mature businessman, holding considerable experience from Norwegian and international business life. My primary expertise is sales, marketing and relationship management. In addition, I am an experienced business advisor within change management, organizational development and international business culture. A combination of knowledge, experience and energy facilitates high efficiency and work capacity. I am versatile, flexible, honest, outspoken and strong. I have focused on practical usage of IT in organisations, and specialized in CRM and use of Enterprise Social Technology. I have identified, hired, trained and managed several hundred talented associates within companies like IBM, Xerox, Software Innovation, Office line, Gartner etc., and worked with several recruiting firms. In addition my role as Advisor, I am also Speaker and Freelance Journalist.

Education
I started working after high school, and did 15 months of military service in the Norwegian Air Force. Then followed careers with IBM and Rank Xerox, where I completed their corporate education within sales and marketing, recognized as excellent. Later I did part time studies at BI (Norwegian School of Management) in Business Administration and at the Public University in Psychology. I have completed a number of classes, among them at Chester Karrass Institute in USA in Effective Negotiations, and classes in areas like HR, coaching and similar. I have been mentoring some of Norways most talented young managers.

I have been writing about CRM in the Norwegian magazine Kapital Data. In the German magazine ASU/BJU News I write about international business culture. I was editor for the Norwegian magazine Bedriften (The Company).

Other I am fond of outdoor life, with

hobbies like golf and skiing. I am socially focused, and do voluntary work for The Red Cross and Oslo Social Services.
