RESOLUTION FORMING A TOP LEVEL PANEL THAT WILL CONTlNUE THE
DIALOGUE ON THE DELJN EATION AND TITLING OF ANCESTRAL DOMAINS IN
THE AUTONOMOUS REGl' OF MUSLIM MINDASAO (ARMM}; SUGGESTING
THE COMPOSITION THERB:OF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there is a 1 urgent need to coniinue the dialogue on the matter of the
delineation and titling of ance!;tral domains of Indigenous Cultural CommurritieslIndigenous
Peoples (ICeS/IPs) V\>1thin the te:utorial jmisdiction ofARMM before the enactment of the basic
law on the Bangsamoro Irk agreement;
WHEREAS, the dialogLle must be done among top level representatives of concerned
government agencies as the con,enSU$ result of such dialogue will constitute policy;
WHEREAS, the concerned government agencies whose representatives will form the
panel that 'will undertake the dialogue are the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples
(NeIP); the Executive and tiM Legislative Assembly of the ARMM; and the Office of the
Presidential Adviser on the Pea.!c Process (OP APP).
WHEREFORE, be it irnSOLVED, as it is hereby done. to approve the fonnation of a
top level panel to continue wib the dialogue, in order to arrive at a consensus, on the matter of
the delineation and titling of the ancestral domains/lands of indigenous cultural
communities/indigenous peopl.!s, within the territoriaijurisdiction ofthe
RESOLVED FURTH!.:R, that the composition oftbe top level panel shall be as follows:
From The Chirperson and COmmissioners of the NCIP, to statled by the
?lrector an.l the Directors of the Ancestral Domains Office and the Legal
AffaIrS OffICe;
The Re3ional Governor the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly; and
From OPAPP. The Secretary and whoever IS assigned by her among her senior deputies.
