In-House Summer Training June to August , 2012 Course work: It included extensive understanding and application of the following languages : C# SQL ASP.NET ADO.NET

Project
Aim: To design a Survey Making Site. Languages Used: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, ADO.NET, CSS, Java Script. Description: Project was based on same concept as Google Forms. Users can create and manage their own surveys. They would be given link to their surveys which they can distribute to the public to gather responses. All the responses will be recorded in a database. Users are also provided with a desktop application in which they can see all the responses to their surveys in different graphical views like pie chart, list or 1 at a time. Responsibilities : Handling databases. Storing survey records, user details, users surveys. Deciding the functionality of the project. Developing the actual Survey Creating Tool using javascript and ASP.NET. ACTIVITIES Coordinated CodeX, a C/C++ Coding event of Fervour, annual technical fest of BVP IEEE. Coordinated Google Chrome Extension Challenge, in Chaos 2011, event by BVP GTUG. Assistant Event Manager for Techstop, a cryptographic programming event, in Chaos 2012. Participated in Cyber Security Workshop. Attended several events like Android Code Lab, g|Day India by Google.

OTHER PROJECTS Platform / Language Project Description RemoDroid: - The app could control mouse and keyboard via Android phone. - This was the most useful project for me as it introduced me to Javas Networking Side. It included Java Socket Programming. - TCP as well as UDP sockets were used for wireless connections. - User had to manually determine Servers IP address in order to connect.

Bluetooth Tic-Tac-Toe: - This was actually combination of Bluetooth Chat sample included in Android SDK and my first year innovation of Single Player Tic-TacToe. - Basic Bluetooth Networking was employed. - After a game, sometimes players had to reconnect in order to play again.

Basic Sudoku Solver: - This was my first application on Android. Helped me a lot to get familiar with tools and development environment. - Brute force algorithm was used for solving Sudoku. - Sometimes took too much time to solve some really hard Sudoku problems.

DART

Line Runner Game: - First Hands on DART. - Inspired by popular Line Runner game on Android. - Very Basic and Bad Graphics.(GIF used instead of Actual Animations)

C#

Basic Paint Application: - This was a fun small application I tried during DOT NET Training. - It included basic graphics functions. - Didnt include basic polygons like rectangle etc. And Overlapping lines werent handled well.
