Try our Italian-style Bruchette Burger on crusty bread...Cook Grillers Original according to package instructions. Top with chopped roma tomatoes and whole basil leaves. Add some fresh shaved Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Cook Chikn Strips according to package directions. In medium bowl toss together greens, tomatoes, and pepper. Arrange on two serving plates. Top with Chikn Strips. Drizzle with salad dressing. Sprinkle with pine nuts and raisins. 2 servings
Cooks Tip: Roll this salad up in a tortilla for a crispy, tasty wrap.
* NOTE: To toast nuts spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
In large nonstick frypan coated with cooking spray, cook and stir steak strips over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Remove from frypan. Add oil to frypan. Add vegetables. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in steak strips. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spoon onto tortillas. Wrap up. Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream and/or cheese. 4 servings
Cooks Tip: Add an authentic accent. Garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro and a wedge of lemon or lime, serve with steamed rice. * NOTE: Substitute 1 cup broccoli owerets, 1/2 cup sliced green and/or red bell pepper and 1/2 cup sliced red onion for fajita vegetable mix.

In large saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, carrot, vinegar and basil. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until desired thickness. Stir in Chikn Strips. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Toss tomato mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. 4 servings
Cooks Tip: Use full-avored herbs like thyme and rosemary early in the cooking process, but add softer, more delicate herbs like basil and cilantro at the end. Make life a little easier! Prepare more sauce than you need for one meal and freeze the rest for a carefree mid-week dinner.

Chicken Quesadilla
1 package (8 oz.) Morningstar Farms Meal StartersTM Chickn Strips 1 tablespoon Olive oil or vegetable oil, divided 4 Flour tortillas 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, divided 1/4 cup Finely chopped red and/or Yellow bell peppers, divided 1 tablespoon Hot pepper sauce or chipotle pepper sauce, divided Salsa or sour cream
In nonstick frypan cook chikn strips in 2 teaspoons of hot oil over medium-high heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently. Remove from frypan. Wipe frypan with paper towel. Lightly brush same frypan with some of remaining oil. Place one tortilla in pan. Top with one-fourth of chikn strips, 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of peppers. Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon of pepper sauce. Fold tortilla over lling. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until light brown, turning once. Repeat, brushing frypan with oil as necessary. Cut each quesadilla in half. Serve with salsa or fat-free sour cream. 4 servings
In small bowl stir together lime juice, soy sauce, sugar and crushed red pepper. Set aside. In nonstick wok or large skillet stir-fry steak strips in 2 teaspoons hot oil over medium-high heat for 1 to 3 minutes or until hot. Remove from wok. Add remaining 1 teaspoon oil, garlic and gingerroot to wok. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, snow peas (if desired), bell pepper, carrot and onions to wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in strips and soy sauce mixture. Heat through. Serve over rice. 4 servings

Taco Salad
5 cups 1 cup 4 2 cups (8 oz.) 3/4 cup 1/4 cup 2 tablespoon 2 tablespoon 1/4 cup
Romaine lettuce Cucumber, thinly sliced Radishes, thinly sliced Morningstar Farms Grillers Recipe CrumblesTM Salsa Sliced green onions Fat-free sour cream Black olive slices Shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
Toss together romaine, cucumber and radishes. Arrange on four serving plates. Combine Crumbles and salsa in a non-stick frypan coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cook over medium heat just until hot. Spoon on top of salads. Sprinkle green onion on each. Dollup each with sour cream. Sprinkle with olives and, if desired, cheese. Serves 4.
1/4 cup Milk 4 cartons (16 oz.) Morningstar Farms Scramblers Egg Substitute 1 cup Cottage cheese 1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder & black pepper 1 package (10 oz.) Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or mozzarella cheese 6 Morningstar Farms Sausage Patties, Thawed and crumbled 1/2 cup Sliced green onions 8 Cherry tomatoes (optional) 8 Fresh parsley sprigs 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine egg substitute, cottage cheese, milk, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well-drained spinach, cheese, patties and onion into egg mixture. Pour into 13x9x2-inch baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 325 F for 35 to 40 minutes until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares and serve. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley, if desired. Serves 8.

Cook burger according to package directions. Meanwhile, in small bowl toss together greens and salad dressing. Arrange on serving plate. Top with tomato and burger. Arrange cheese on top. Drizzle with vinegar. Sprinkle with pepper. Garnish as desired. 1 serving

Combine mayo, lime juice and chili powder. Stir in avocado, celery, tomatoes, bacon strips and walnuts. Spoon 1/4 cup avocado salad into center of each lettuce leaf. Wrap leaf around salad. Secure with wooden pick. Serve immediately. 12 Servings.
Cooks Tip: Choose soft lettuce leaves such as Bibb, Boston or leaf lettuces for a super-smooth wrap.
