Beverly Farmers Market Mission: To provide an attractive and well organized setting for local farmers, producers of local food, and local artists to sell their products on a regular basis in downtown Beverly. The Farmers Market aims to support local agriculture while making healthy food available to all members of the Beverly community at affordable prices. The Market also aims to support and promote sustainable living practices and community development. Market Day: Monday, 3:00 PM 7:00 PM Start Date: June 10, 2013 End Date: October 07, 2013 Total: 17 Weeks (No market on Monday, September 2, 2013) Site Location: Veterans Memorial Park on the corner of Rantoul Street and Railroad Avenue Site Details: Each vendor is allowed a 10 x 10 foot area. Vendor must provide their own tent, table, chairs, and money. You may park your vehicle behind your stall space. Cancellation Policy: The Beverly Farmers Market is rain or shine. If weather is dangerous then the market will be cancelled as soon as possible, ideally by 11 am Monday morning. You will be notified via email and phone by the market manager. Nutrition programs accepted: 1. Food Stamps/SNAP- Patrons will use market money to buy produce. You will redeem the market money for a check at the end of the market day. To be used for food only; no hot, prepared foods. 2. WIC for fresh locally grown produce only; $2.50 face value, check dates on top. 3. Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Coupons for fresh produce and honey only; $2.50 face value. Fee Details: Guest vendor: $30.00 per week/participation. Part time vendor: $20 per week for 8 weeks, ($160); one week free with full payment by April 11th, ($140). Commitment to season: $20 per week ($340); 20% discount with full payment by April 11th ($272).

These fees will offset annual advertising, insurance, and supplies. Upon acceptance to The Beverly Farmers Market, mail your check to 14 Central Street apt. 2, Beverly, MA 01915.
