Evaluation of Quotation and award criteria

1. At least 4 years experiences and strong track record in servicing and supplying testing equipment. 2. Good cooperation with factory or/and main distributor. 3. Good coordination skill 4. Good time management The Evaluation Committee will examine the quotation to determine whether they are complete and whether the offer complies with the requirements. Arithmetical errors will be rectified on the following basis: If there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price that is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, the unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected. If the Supplier does not accept the correction of errors, its quotation will be rejected. If there is a discrepancy between words and figures the amount in words will prevail. Any offers which do not meet the requirements will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the Supplier that offers the lowest priced and technically qualified quotation.

Submitting a Quotation after the due response date/time will invalidate it. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Suppliers to ensure (a) that the package containing the quotation reaches the designated address before the closing date, so that it is time stamped and acceptable for opening or (b) that the documents in PDF format are received at the specified email address before the closing date/time. ANNEX II SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS 1. INTRODUCTION

. a) The completeness of testing equipment in laboratories is an absolute requirement to perform energy efficiency testing in the process of ES&L implementation. Hence, seven governmentown laboratories will be supported to complete their testing equipment. b) The equipment dealt with in this particular Invitation to Quotation are intended for use by servicing establishments in Indonesia, engaged in servicing of domestic equipment, testing equipment suppliers or manufacturers. c) The Quotation must include supply, delivery, and one year minimum warranty as mentioned herein, at the individual laboratory sites of the recipients. d) These specifications are the minimum requirements for the equipment. The equipment furnished to these specifications must meet or exceed all requirements herein. Modifications of or additions to basic standard equipment of less size or capability to meet these requirements are not recommended. e) The equipment shall conform in capability, strength, quality and workmanship to the accepted standards of the industry and relevant international quality standards and also the equipment offered should be suitable for operation with a 220V, 50 Hz, 1Ph AC electric supply. f) Any printed contents shown on the equipment and instruction manual should be at least printed in English. g) Suppliers are cautioned to read the specifications carefully, as there may be special requirements not commonly offered by all manufacturers. Nevertheless, the technical specifications presented herein are not to be construed as necessarily defining a particular manufacturer's product, model or features. h) The Suppliers are required to complete the last column of the specification tables, with a specific confirmation (yes or no). If there are deviations from the specifications, a separate list referring to the items concerned, explaining these deviations should be attached. The Suppliers are encouraged to provide specification sheets or any other pertinent material, which may highlight their quotation or help a better evaluation. However notwithstanding this, the filling out of the last column above is an essential requirement. The Suppliers are requested not to write phrases such as "see attached sheets or specifications" as these will be considered non-compliant.
