 The report should be viewed as the SEUA's reports ("SEUA experience in adaptation of study programmes to needs of local market, reporter G.Markarov) localization in VbSEUA, taking into account regional, stakeholders and our needs and specifications as well. VbSEUA certainly uses general university educational programs and applies all related regulating processes to curricula being the SEUA Branch.

 The Specialties programs and curricula, organized by VbSEUA, are being developed by our institution, due to regional needs, in accordance with the relevant legal requirements, passing all the required processes (curriculum project development, expertising, collection of internal and external stakeholders opinions and

conclusions, discussion and preparation of the final documents).

All these processes are described at the SEUA's report in detail. The similar process was carried out in 2012 for "Construction, manufacturing of construction goods and structures specialty, and now, for the modern and regional labor market demanded specialties: "Information Technology" and "Computer Design" are in progress.

Best experiences of cooperation with partners

The Instigate Design company (IT) has already had 3 years competition and training courses experience for students and alumni the most of which are employed (over 10 in the last 2 years). A wireless Internet access point was established in VbSEUA by support of Orange company, and 18 students were awarded scholarships. Joint job market was organised with Regional Employment Center, apart from VbSEUA is a member of the Lori Employers Union.

Educational process and practices at partner enterprises Vb SEUA students use their knowledge, intellectual tools in reality and move closely with the requirements of organizations and companies. The main goals and expectations:

The wider objective is to contribute to further improvement of VbSEUA by developing sectorial qualifications frameworks for informatics and management , due to regional market needs as well as to our Strategic program. The specific targets are: to establish a platform for stakeholder active collaboration for identifying qualification requirements for students in the fields of informatics and management; to develop sectorial qualifications frameworks (SQF) in the fields of informatics and management; to operationalize SQFs by introducing new learning outcomes for informatics and management.
