Modi Trading Corporation was established in the year 1987, with the Partnership Firm Registered under

Indian Partnership Act 1932 and we are one of the leading manufacturers in India. Our annual turnover is up to US $1.5 million ( Rs. 1.5 to 2 crore approximately). The total number of employees work over the Modi Trading Corporation range from 26 to 50 people and all are of highly experienced staffs.

At Modi Trading Corporation, We have a wide range of Idlers/Rollers to satisfy stringent demands, from handling Light weight material to Heavy duty material for conveying various products like food items, sugar, cement, coal, stones, marble, paper, etc. The pipe is accurately incised to length, to ensure concentric alignment of the welded bearing housing. Precision bearings are fitted as standard and are best suited for continuous running, even at high speeds. Specially designed Sealed version provides superfluous protection for dirty & arduous environments and for maximum longevity. Our customer specific sizes provide flexibility in conveyor design and can be fitted easily to existing structures.

ROLLERS AND PULLEYS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Troughing Idlers : shape the belt to support a moving load without spillage or damage to the belt. Impact Idlers : absorb the shock of falling material at loading and transfer points to protect belt from damage. Discs are hammerhead shaped and

spaced to allow deflection for shock cushioning. Individual discs can be replaced as required. Return Idlers : support the empty belt during the return run.

All Idlers dimensions in MM. Pipe will be of Jindal or Surya make in ERW class B material. Shaft: EN8-bright bar, bearing: fitted with sealed bearing of 6205ZZ & 6204ZZ as required. All Idlers will be fitted with double seals, Heavy circlips & deep drawn CRC Housing. All Idlers will be Life lubricated & coated with Primer.
