JOB DESCRIPTION STATE TECHNICAL AUDIT SPECIALIST (STAS) V 1. Prepare plans, programs and budget of his/ her Service.

2. Implement and monitor the plans and programs of his/ her Service. 3. Supervise and monitor the technical evaluation activities such as evaluation of contracts, conduct of inspection, and evaluation of appraisal reports and other work assignments of his / her Service. 4. Review and approve the outputs/ technical evaluation reports of the members of the Service such as contract and appraisal review reports, inspection reports and project evaluation reports in line with value for money audit. 5. Review and approve the performance appraisal reports of the members of the Service. 6. Recommend to superiors programs/ measures to improve the technical services. 7. Recommend to superiors measures for the resolution on issues and concerns pertaining to technical evaluation. 8. Review laws, rules and regulations affecting technical evaluation and recommend to superiors necessary updates/ amendments. 9. 1. Assist the STAS V in the preparation of plans, programs and budget of the Service. 2. Assist the STAS V in the implementation and monitoring of the plans and programs of the Service. 3.
