Credit Appraisal:

Assess and evaluate income of the prospects family Understand current liabilities, duration , amount outstanding Assess eligibility of the prospect basis family income, liabilities, past repayment track record, retirement age, CIBIL check, assets and banking habits. Acquire knowledge and ability to understand property details, the documents required especially in complex cases Comply with norms else justify with logic in case of deviation from norms.

Identifying Sources:

Generating leads will be a primary responsibility of the officer. The officers superiors will share the responsibility of identifying sources as well as developing relationships with them. Based on a defined geographical area which is illustrated with the help of Google Maps, the officer will scan the area for sources He will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with sources allocated by his superiors

Relationship Building with Sources:


A regimen of visits to the source will need to be maintained and recorded in the officers file Provide timely feedback on the leads generated from a source Ensure that disbursements are made as per expectations of the sources, which are reasonable Involve them in contests launched for them and ensure excitement and participation

Maintain data on customers and sources in simple formats: Maintain all the necessary reports required for business review and analysis.

Objection Handling: The company will impart training on objection handling and also update him on with details of products and practices of the competition. He must keep himself updated with market knowledge and competition products; and develops the ability to counter competition.

Customer Service:

The officer is expected to reach the customers meeting place on time and if unable must inform the customer and his superior of the delay. Must carry his kit in a neat and tidy condition as mandated by the company Set realistic expectations. Do not make promises to avoid dissatisfied customers. Check with superiors in case of doubt rather than make a lofty promise. Will never deal in cash with a customer Provide support and assistance throughout the tenure of the loan

Other desirable qualities:


He/ she should be self motivated, self driven and should have zest to earn money. He/ She should be keen in spending time on the field as it is not a desk job. Preferably owns a bike as the job needs lot of travel. Ability to relate with Lead Management Systems and other software for capturing potential customers data

The fixed CTC would be in the range of 1.0 Lac- 1.80 Lacs depending on the location plus monthly average Incentive earning potential in the range of Rs.25000- 35000. REGARDS PROF.A.GANDHI
