The Circuit Attorney of the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, upon information and belief, charges that Count 1: PROP DAMAGE 1ST DEGREE (Class D FELONY) RSMo 569.100 ON 4/22/2012 Time: 1:26 AM Place: 5XX N EUCLID AVE (SCC 23110)

The defendant, in violation of Section 569.100, RSMo, committed the class D felony of property damage in the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about April 22, 2012 at 1:26 AM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly damaged a 2005 Ford Focus located at 5XX N EUCLID AVE, which property was owned by B.G., by repeatedly striking the car with his fists and the damages to such property exceeded seven hundred and fifty dollars.

The facts that form the basis for this information and belief are contained in the attached statement(s) of facts, made a part hereof and submitted as a basis upon which this court may find the existence of probable cause. I have probable cause to believe that Jorge M Carvalho, a White Male DOB: XX/XX/67 Age: 44, committed one or more criminal offense(s). The facts supporting this belief are as follows: The defendant was seen punching B.G.s Ford Focus. The Ford was parked in front of the defendants place of business, XXXX XXXXX, on N. Euclid. The defendant caused damage to the front windshield, passengers side panel, the roof and antenna. The damages are estimated to cost approximately 1600$ in order to repair.
