Exhibitor agrees to the location as assigned by Mall Management or any of its approved event coordinators. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Security National Properties, NJO Management LLC, and Five Lakes Centre, 308 S. State St., Fairmont, MN, their agents, and their successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, damages, costs and/or other expenses including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or in any way connected with the use of the Five Lakes Centre or any part of the facility by the exhibitor, his/her agents, members, partners, associates, and employees. Exhibitor agrees to be solely responsible for all equipment, materials, personal property, etc., utilized in connection with the Five Lakes Centre, its owners and management, each tenant of the Center and the Association for loss, damage, and theft, of such equipment, materials, personal property, etc. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Signature Date

Car and tires must be clean and show ready before entering the mall. Please push your cars into the mall with the motor off. The Five Lakes Centre will provide carpet pieces to go under your tires.
