/ 1st of June Dear Sir/Madam, I received a letter from the TV Licensing after an inspector came to my house last week.

house last week. They accused me of intentionally not subscribing topaying the colour TV licence fee. I am strongly disagree with the contents and the tone of the letters tone., which iIn the letter they threatened me that I have to pay for the court cost and a penalty which may of up to 1000., aAt the same time, that I may be left with a criminal record. This will cause other people to think of me as a theft recidivist. In fact, I am always abideing by the law. The TV had been given to me by a friend after it lost its screen colour images. I had explained to the inspector that the TV can only show screening in black and white imagesmode., tTherefore, I paid to the correct licence fee. The inspector tested the TV and left shortly after. He said he shall check the current regulations and believed there will be no further action needed. At that moment, I was satisfied with his answer and requested him to write it pen down to proveof it. He promised me that I will receive a letter from their head office in two weeks time. I thought that would be the end of it but I received a warning letter instead. Referring to above mentioned scenarios, would you please assist me to contact the inspector and request him to issue a truthful statement? In aAddition to that, would you please requesting the TV Licensing to revoke my case? I also wish them to write me an apology letter of apology. Please kindly advise if my ideas would wisely resolve the matter.
