Abstract
E-Card project is a web based application which is implemented in asp.net platform using C# programming language. Main aim of this project is to provide an online greeting to friends via email and also send SMS alerts of the important occasions. This site enables us to send the e-greeting card automatically as per the scheduled date of any occasion (birthdays, anniversaries or festivals). In this site we provide list of best selected e-cards for different occasions which are available for every user. Users can first register themselves with the website and can select required e-card and send them birthday wishes, festival wishes..etc. This application also provides reminder feature which automatically reminds you on email and sms one week before the occasion you scheduled so that we cannot miss them..

Problem In Existing System

No scheduling feature. No sms reminders available. Less Security. Difficult to use. High cost. Less cards available. Manual way of sending mails. No proper coordination between different Applications and Users. Fewer Users - Friendly.

Proposed System
To overcome all the difficulties of the existing system the proposed system is coming It is very easy to use User time will be saved

Enables us to send the e-greeting card automatically as per the scheduled

date of any occasion (birthdays, anniversaries or festivals). Provide list of best selected e-cards for different occasions which are available for every user.

Reminds us via email or sms one week or the user specified reminder time before the occasion you scheduled. Cost is also low compared with existing system No complexity is there.
