Dear Sir,
We are pleased to offer our Indent Scheme to facilitate supply of seeds to our esteemed dealers during Kharif-2013 season. Following products are covered under the scheme. Advance payable & incentive applicable on each product is given below. SR NO 1 PACKING SIZE ADVANCE PER KG INCENTIVE PER KG

Distributors, Preferred dealers & Dealers can participate in this scheme by paying appropriate advance of allotted quantity to be indented. The advance amount will be accepted from 11th February 2013 to 25th February 2013 by Demand Draft payable at Nagpur/ Indore / Raipur & local Cheques of Nagpur in favour of ANKUR SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED. Outstation Cheques will not be accepted.

Other terms & conditions of the Scheme are as under: Selling prices under the scheme shall be informed prior to dispatches or at the time of 100% conversion. Company will inform in writing about the acceptance of indents. If indents are not accepted Company will return the advance amount.

The Dealers/Distributors will have to clear their outstanding balances before

25th February 2013, otherwise advance received will be appropriated towards regular recovery. Mere acceptance of Quantities under the Scheme will not be final confirmation of quantities booked. However, Company may announce 100% conversion scheme at a later date. Participants of this scheme can only participate in conversion scheme. Company will then announce rates and final allotment of quantities, which will be binding on all participants. Balance payment will have to be made at the time of delivery or at the time of 100% conversion into advance booking scheme. If due to any reason beyond our control such as natural calamities, Governmental restrictions, failure in Germination, etc. availability of material can be reduced. Scheme can be withdrawn at any time in total or in part before closing date without given any prior intimation. In case of any dispute under the scheme the matter shall be referred to the Managing Director of the Company whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties.

In case of reduction in availability due to any reason proportionate allotment

of quantities will be made to the participants of the scheme. If the quantities booked or allotted cannot be supplied in full or in part; Company will transfer the advance amount against which the supplies are not affected to your regular account. Company will not be liable for reimbursement of any loss due to reduction in supplies or any compensation on the advances collected under the scheme.
