Project Performance The Table provides the comparison between what the project achieved (termination evaluation) with

what the project tried to achieve (project proposal).

Project Proposal 1. Plans on Campaigning would be a video presentation of the interviewed students with Guidance Counselor Ms Robeeh Ramos.

Termination Evaluation 1. We had difficulties with OSA so we just sent out flyers on the details about the Share-A-Meal Program of the school, we also put contact numbers in cases of donation or sponsorship.

2. We also intended to sell products, and at the end of each week, we will remit the profits to the Program Coordinator.

2. We sold products and earned some profit for three weeks, but we failed to remit the profit to the Project Coordinator because of the Accounts Receivables. We will remit the whole amount at project termination.

3. We intended to sell cupcakes during Valentines Day.

3. We have not sold cupcakes during that day because our supplier told us she wont make it on the day, so we just went back on selling our regular merchandise.

Administrative Performance Review of administrative practices and highlight those that worked particularly well or poorly; report the reasons why some specific practice was effective or ineffective; recommendations for future use. Administrative Practices 1. Assigning Individual Tasks to Members Evaluation Good Recommendation It is good to assign individual tasks to members so that they will know what they have to do and be able to do their job well. This part had a poor evaluation due too much specificity of the job. There are some jobs who have not been worked on because it was not part of anyones job description anymore. Be specific but not too specific because there are only 5 of you in a group. The members should have the agenda before having a meeting in order not to waste time; Each member must report the problems and challenges they are facing during the project implementation. Then all of the members must help on thinking for the solution. As they say two heads are better than one. The flow of the collection of the profit was good since the profit is remitted on time with the specific information on the accounts receivable, capital, expenses and sales.

2. Being specific with individual job descriptions

Poor

3. Weekly meetings

Satisfactory

Good 4. Remittance of Earned Profit

Poor 5. Recording of Cash Inflows and Outflows

Since in our class we are all double majors and not all the time we are classmates, you should assign the financial aspect on the one who is always together with the group. In our case it was handed to Ezelle (MAEcon) which is not always with the group members. When everyone is helping everyone, it is easier to do the job; it makes everyone happy to do the job. Guidance helps the members do their job well and it makes them feel appreciated and known.

Good 6. Guidance of each members job.

Organizational Structure

The structure shows that the three persons who are in charge of sales, are the ones who took the great effort to sell the products, the project manager and the financial manager helps them but they are more focused on the other tasks like the campaign and keeping track of the profit and expenses. All of them help in the capitalization and they all planned on the products they have to sell. The In charge for Sales makes the great effort to sell the products, the Project and Financial Manager sell products as well. All of the profits are remitted to the Financial Manager and she will report the inflows and outflows also the profit to the Project Manager. During the Campaign every member contributed on the look of the flyers then the project manager copy furnished it, printed and distributed to the members for further distribution to the student body.

Project and Administrative Teams Members Gedalanga, Romeo Rosal, Ezelle Joy Strengths & Weakness S- Good Sales Performance WS- Good Record of earned profits Assessment & Reasons Recommendation

Good- the members inform me of the related information and remit the profits and records on time except for the accounts receivable

Have a good record of the inflows and outflows of money in order to keep a good record for liquidation purposes. Choose a Financial Manager who is always available for the members, must have the same course as the majority.

W- Not always available for the other members

Poor- I have a different course than the others so we dont see each other often.
