PLANNING INFORMATION: EFFECTIVITY: All 250-C20 P/N 6887766 (Bx P/L 2524552-4) Fuel Control Assemblies. All 250-C20B P/N 6887755 (Bx P/L 2524644-l) Fuel Control Assemblies. REASON: To alleviate slow or stagnated starts when the engine is at ambient temperature, i. e., usually the first start of the day, a slightly enriched acceleration fuel flow schedule is incorporated in the fuel control. Part No. 688776qC20) and 6887755 (C20B) Fuel Control Assemblies are recalibrated to incorporate the enriched acceleration fuel flow schedule. Following recalibration the fuel controls are reidentified. Not affected. It is recommended that this bulletin be accomplished when a fuel control is returned to a distributor for any reason: troubleshooting, repair (minor or major), and overhaul. FAA-DER Approved. No additional man-hours will be required to accomplish this bulletin at time of repair or overhaul. At times other than repair or overhaul, approximately four man-hours will be required to accomplish this bulletin.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Whenever 250-C20 P/N 6887766 (Bx P/L 2524552-4) Fuel Control is returned to a distributor for any reason (e.g. troubleshooting, repair, or overhaul) incorporate the enriched acceleration fuel flow schedule. A. Calibrate the unit to the new Test Specification given in Table I.
