    Model 250-C20 CEB-1109 supersedes CEB-1056; CEB-1056 is canceled with the publication of this bulletin.

    REASON:

    To provide common (interchangeable) Bendix fuel control assemblies for Model 250-C20 and C20B engine assemblies. Part No. 2537872 Drive Body Assembly is reworked to P,/N 2538496 by replacing P/N 2529454 Governor Spring with P/N 2538427 Spring to provide a higher Nl speed at the 90 degree throttle position. Following recalibration to ,the 250-C20B schedule, the control is reiden.tified. Not affected. It is recommended that this bulletin be completed at time of overhaul.

    I.

    Modify 250-C20 Bendix fuel controls to provid,e common (interchangeable) units as follows: A. B. C. Replace P./N 2529454 Governor Spring in governor drive body with P/N 2538427 Spring. (See Figure 1. ) Reidentify governor drive body assembly as P/N 2538496 by tagging or marking container. Recalibrate the control using the 250-C20B calibration provided in 250-CZO/C20B CEB-1103. schedule

    11, Reidentify modified controls with a new P/N 2647428 Identification Plate filled out per Table I. (Data may be metal stamped, vibropeen, or scribed. ) L& Record compliance with 250-C20 CEB-1109 in the Engine Assembly (white pages) Modification Record, Part fff of the Engine Log Book.
