Data Description:
The figure above is the wizard in creating a security of the system. It shows the inputting of user name and password wherein the user name and password must be unique. In order to add an account in the system, the Administrator of the system must be log-in. Users can add two Administrator accounts in the system. Users can edit their own account but they cannot delete while they are still log-in.
The Administrator of the system can view all the account while user account can view only their account.

The form curriculum has eight buttons namely: Add, Edit, Delete, Search, Print, Reload, Detail and Close. Add button is used to to add curriculum year and description. The button Detail is used to view the subjects on a curriculum ant its capable of adding, editing, deleting and printing curriculum details.
