Logo Contract of Agreement

I ask that you agree to this contract before I start on your logo design. What I, Faith Haller, the graphic artist agrees to I agree to create a custom logo design suitable for your business identity and satisfactory to you. I promise to deliver you finished logo design in digital image files of high quality to be printed on business related printed goods and for web page display once I have been paid in full. I must receive full payment before I start on your logo design. Design Policies Prior to beginning a project, materials necessary for design must be submitted no later than a week of order submission. Materials may include, but not limited to images, logos, content/text, graphics, etc. All materials are to be sent electronically or saved on a file accessible to Online with Faith. Once design concept is adhered, designs are subject to unlimited changes. Any changes over and above the original concept such as pictures require an additional charge. Additional tasks such as scanning, multiple image editing, etcincurs an additional charge. Any materials submitted once design process begins will also incur an additional charge. Design Proofing Customers must proof work designed by Online with Faith. Jobs will NOT be sent until we receive written Design Approval. We cannot assume responsibility for spelling errors, missing or incorrect information that you fail to submit or correct. It is the clients responsibility for checking proofs to ensure they are free of mistakes. Design fees are non-refundable regardless if the design is used or not. Payment Policy We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. 100% of costs is required and due before the start of project. Deposits are nonrefundable. All balances are due upon project approval. Balances not paid within a week are subject to change and incur fees. Acceptable payment online credit card payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. Refunds & Order Cancellation All sales are final. If the client elects to cancel a project during the design phase, the client is still responsible for paying. No refunds are issued for Logo, Web design and Graphic design services. Logo Concepts and Proofing Upon the time of receiving your deposit I will create 2 logo concepts for you. I will place these logos in proof format and email you for you to view and proof. When I have received feedback on these designs I will make any needed changes to your favorite logo of choice until you are completely satisfied.

File Delivery After the final logo design is approved I agree to deliver the logo design to you as a digital flat graphic files (.jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .eps, and /or graphic file formats). Custom logo packages are delivered to you by email for some and or dropbox. Ownership I give you the right to use your new logo design in all media useful for your business promotion. I ask that you let me display your new Logo Image and your name, business name, and website address for testimonial and promotional purposes on my websites and in any printed ads. Originality: I affirm that my Logo Designs are original and that I own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement. What you, the buyer, agrees to.. In return for the above-described logo design I ______________________________ agree to pay the total fee payable before any work begins. Details Use of Logo I understand that once I have paid in full that I have the right to use the Logo Design in all media useful for business promotion and that Faith Haller of Online with Faith reserves the right to display the logo for her business promotional use (example of her logo designs on her websites or printed on flyers). I also give Faith Haller of Online with Faith permission to use my name, website for testimonial purposes on her website, or other business related media. Right to Modify Faith Haller of Online with Faith reserves the right to modify, change and/or amend Terms (these Terms and Conditions and/or one, more or all of the additional terms and policies reference above) from time to time. **NOTE: Before you sign below make sure you understand all of the above agreement.
