During Two years of Educational time span I have completed the following research projects of Human Resource & Management. Worked on Human Resource System of KFC (Cupola Pakistan Ltd.) We have worked on HR system of KFC, in which we over view the policies and protocols of the company and suggest them few modifications in their policies. A project on the Organizational Development of City Traffic Police. We have conducted the research to find out the problems faced by the public and the old traffic police of Lahore. Then we find out the reasons and suggest the corrective actions. Conducted a Business Research of (Consumer Satisfaction) on the Salt and Pepper Restaurants. We have conducted the research for finding the level of satisfaction of the customers of Salt & Pepper. We conduct the thorough research, gathered the date analyze and drive out the core problems and gave them recommendations for Corrective actions and better service.

Achievements:
I have been awarded by the KFC twice for the Event Management during my Span of internship. I have also been awarded for generating Highest Sales Record for Indulge ( Other Unique concept of Cupola (KFC) ever before in the History through out the Pakistan. Cupola Pakistan Ltd. (KFC) honored me by giving me Certificate of Recognition for my Performance during my span of Internship.
