These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between www.paranormalcravings.com, a web site owned and operated by Iris Hunter, sole proprietor, for itself and as representative of any third party network on which the blog tour is procured. 1. Paranormal Cravings reserves the right to reject, remove or cancel any blog tour, space reservation or position commitment at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion before payment is received. 2. Each blog tour agreement covers only the blog tour relating to the regular business owned by blog tour designee. No subletting, brokering, or assignment of tour space under any blog tour order is not permitted without the consent of Paranormal Cravings. 3. There must be at least one month notice before a tour can commence, if special rushed circumstances arise a rush fee will be applied and restrictions on blogger involved will have to be relaxed. 4. Paranormal Cravings shall have no obligation to accept changes to blog tour line-up once final line-up is submitted and approved. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Paranormal Cravings will use reasonable efforts to accommodate any change requests submitted with at least twenty business days advance notification of the tour. 5. Unless otherwise specified in a blog tour agreement, selection of bloggers is in the sole discretion of the Paranormal Cravings. Final approval will be given to author/or agent if requested. 6. Paranormal Cravings is not obligated to come up with content that will be featured on the tour, unless Paranormal Cravings is hired to do so. Interview Questions and Guest Post content is the responsibility of the author/and or agent. Paranormal Cravings is not responsible for any loss of content or return. It is suggested that all material is back-up by author/ and or agent. Paranormal Cravings is also not responsible for posting content on Blog Tour participants and the final look, but will makes sure that all required information is listed on Blog Tour Hosts posting. 7. If a review is procured for the Blog Tour there is no guarantee of a positive review. The review is up to the discretion of the Blog Tour Host and it is requested that they honestly review the book. Paranormal Cravings believes that publicity is publicity and even a negative review will get attention and actually sell books. If you do not want any negative reviews on the tour it is suggested that you not include reviews during the tour. 8. For billing purposes, payment is

due before any work is done. Billing is done through an online check-out system (PayPal). Checks are currently not accepted. Once payment is received it is nonrefundable because work takes place the moment it is billed out. 9. Paranormal Cravings shall have no liability for any omission of a Blog Tour Host or negative comments made by a Tour Host about the book. We will do everything possible to make sure your post goes up, but we are still at the mercy of 3rd party hosts who are not under contractual agreement with the Blog Tour. They are strictly volunteers usually only compensated by a copy of the book. In the event an Blog Tour is not run as scheduled, Paranormal Cravings sole responsibility shall be, in its discretion, to (a) provide the advertiser a refund for Blog Tour not run; (b) run the authors/and or agents tour at a later date. Paranormal Cravings will not, in any event, be liable for any general, consequential or special damages, including, but not limited to, lost income or profits. In no event will the Paranormal Cravings liability to the agency or advertiser exceed the amounts paid or payable by the advertiser under the applicable Blog Tour agreement. Paranormal Cravings shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure occasioned because of accidents, fires, strikes, work stoppages, system outages, other circumstances beyond Paranormal Cravings control, or extraordinary new events that preclude the Paranormal Cravings from fulfilling any Blog Tour agreement. In such an event, the effected Blog Tour agreement will be suspended during the period of inability to perform and the terms extended for a like period. Neither party will have any liability to the other because of such suspension. Unintentional or inadvertent failure of the Paranormal Cravings to fulfill the Blog Tour agreement shall not operate as a breach of the Blog Tour agreement. 10. Paranormal Cravings is not responsible for fees assessed for shipping books to Blog Tour Hosts and shipping will be handled by the author/and or agent, unless stated differently in the Blog Tour Agreement. 11. Paranormal Cravings will not be responsible for procuring promotional items used as giveaways during the tour, unless stated differently in the Blog Tour Agreement. 12. By purchasing a Blog Tour with Paranormal Cravings, author/ and or agent and agency agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Revised December 2012
