AQUA… a

cardiovascular workout in the pool with
exercises for toning the upper and lower
body. Using the water’s natural resistance,
the muscles are toned whilst stamina is
developed; the water’s buoyancy offers
support for a stress free workout.
BODY FUSION… combining yoga, tai chi
and Pilates, forming a structured series of
stretches, moves and poses to create a
holistic workout bringing the body into a
state of harmony and balance.
