1. Energy Saving Jet Roller Veneer Dryer

The Jet Ventilated Automatic Roller Track Veneer Dryer is of different sections on the basis of production requirement. The Roller dryer is fitted with specially designed Jet Box for uniform air jet drying. The machine is ideal for drying veneers of varying thickness having varying moisture contents.

Double row Jet Nozzles for Top & Bottom of each deck throughout the length of the dryer ensures uniform drying of veneer Complete with Motors, Starters, Temperature Indicator, Chain and Gear Box. Dynodrive (Infinitely Variable Speed Unit) can control the drying time from 3 - 40 minutes The entire outside covering of the dryer is perfectly insulated with heat resisting insulated layer of 100 mm thick all round. Intermediate baffle sheets are provided to eliminate sliding of insulation materials due to vibration These Machines are Energy Saving with Low Power consumption and High Rate of Production. Less maintenance is required for this type of Dryers with no Veneer Jamming leading to lesser Downtime.

2. RESIN KETTLE

BS Make Resin Kettle made out of Double jacketed design of sturdy Stainless Steel sheet of 5mm thickness for inner shell and 8mm thickness Mild Steel of outer shell. The machine is fitted with anchor type agitator. Complete with 1 No. 5.0 HP Motor and Gear Box, digital temperature indicator and electric panel box. The Machine has Horizontal Condenser and comes fitted with Charging and sampling points. Civil foundation to be done by client as per our drawing PRICE: 2.5 Ton Capacity - Rs. 5, 75,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Seventy Five Thousand Only) Net Each.

ABOVE PRICES ARE NET EX-FACTORY KOLKATA, DUTIES, TAXES, PACKING EXAND FREIGHT WILL BE EXTRA AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
DELIVERY: Dryer delivery within 2 months from receipt of advance, subject to ForceMajuere Clause PAYMENT: 30% as advance along with order and balance payment along with C-Form, 12.36% Excise Duty & 2% CST will have to be made before final delivery. The payment term is a guide line of the above delivery schedule. ERECTION & COMMISSION: Will be supervised by our technical persons along with semiskilled and un-skilled labor provided by you at your cost, as & when required. The Boarding/ lodging, up and down journey fare of our technical person along with their out of pocket expenses during their stay at your place will be borne by you at your cost. TRANSIT INSURANCE: All cost involved for insurance will be on buyer's account. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur after dispatch of goods from our works. TRANSPORTATION: To- Pay at Extra. Transporter to be nominated by customer OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Electrical components including supply of cable layout will have to be carried out at your cost. If any problem in the Motors & A.C. If the dryer is run on steam heating, the steam trap, strainer, and piping etc. will have to be borne by you at your cost. 5. Necessary Welding set along with the Electrodes and other tools and tackles and required electrical supply at site will be borne by at your cost. 6. In case of price escalation of raw materials for manufacturing the machines as well as bought out materials, differences of such escalation shall be charged extra before dispatch. 7. Order once received along with advance will not be refunded at any cost or will not be adjusted against any other machines. We provide a guarantee for 12 months of our machines against any manufacturing defect from the date of delivery. 8. Pictures shown in the quotation are indicative and do not represent the actual machine. 9. Any Local charges or authority taxes at site is beyond our scope. 10.
