Service
Monarchs Service Depot, located in our factory near Dayton, Ohio, is ready to handle any service your M9415 printer may need. Technicians troubleshoot and repair your printer quickly and professionally. For maximum productivity and peace of mind, purchase a Preventative Maintenance Agreement for your printer. Three levels of agreements are available: Vantage - $162 Depot Covers all parts and labor excluding thermal printhead. Agreement does not cover abuse. Customer pays inbound shipping, we pay return shipping. Preferred - $234 Depot Covers all parts and labor including thermal printhead. Agreement does not cover abuse. Customer pays inbound shipping, we pay return shipping. Premier - $261 Depot Covers all parts and labor including thermal printhead. Agreement also covers abuse. Customer pays inbound shipping, we pay return shipping. Except for the print head, the M9415 system comes with a standard one-year, ship in warranty. The print head is warranted for six months, or 1,000,000 inches, whichever comes first, prorated. This means should the head fail within the first six months there will be a prorated charge for the replacement (much like a tire on your car). The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear of components. For maximum coverage, we recommend that a service agreement be purchased even when the printer is new. Repairs for customers that do not purchase a service agreement can be made on a time and materials basis. Contact your Monarch Account Manager for more information.

Warranty Information
The Monarch 9415 is covered by a one year limited depot warranty to correct defects in materials and workmanship. Monarchs depot Premier, Preferred, and Advantage Service contracts go well beyond this basic coverage.
