Marketing executives may be involved in aspects of marketing which includes strategic planning, advertising, promotion, public relations, product development, and distribution. A marketing executive would require traveling extensively to meet customers, and few of the KRAs as given below. 1. Client Generation, to liaise and building relationships 2. Good in Pitching with clients 3. Presentations to companies. 4. Self Motivated and enthusiastic. 5. Co-ordination with the client regarding requirement. 6. Interaction & Follow up with clients on a regular basis 7. Good Knowledge about the market. 8. Generate leads through reference, through Internet, through Newspaper etc. 9. Should be able to communicate and co-ordinate with the team 10. Drive client feedback about the service. 11. Smart to handle client escalations , pressure and team 12.
