Oiler B was injured while burning Oily rags in Incinerator due to lack of SMS matter. Also, Ash removal doors were out of alignment. Non-conformity is existed on ISM Matter. Port side Lifeboat was 2 exposing places on hull/keel forward. Ship is using 2 Oil Record Books, one is Part I and other is Part III. The some Code number is mixed up for the both Oil Record Book. Non-conformity for more understanding / training. Various Sea Water Pipe Lines, Steam Pipe Lines and Fresh Water Pipe Lines had many patches/leaks. Ship installed the temporary collection Drum with flexible hose from Main Air Compressor and Main Starting Air Bottles.
