CONTRACT RIDER
Current as of 08/31/2007 Please read this rider carefully. It is part of the attached contract for ARTIST. By signing it, you are agreeing to supply ARTIST with production and proper working conditions essential to performance. Any breach of the terms and conditions of this rider is a breach of the contract and may cause ARTIST to refuse to perform without releasing PURCHASER from his obligation to pay ARTIST. If ARTIST elects to perform notwithstanding a breach of this agreement by PURCHASER, the performance by ARTIST shall not constitute a waiver of any claim ARTIST may have for damages or otherwise. A. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION A1. Billing on all advertising and publicity must appear as follows: MCCOY TYNER TRIO (100%) A2. Artist is to receive 100% star billing on ALL publicity releases and paid advertisements, including without limitation: programs, flyers, signs, newspaper ads, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by ARTIST OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE. A3. Purchaser agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and / or promotional materials provided or approved by artist in all advertisements. Please visit www.imnworld.com or www.mccoytyner.com for official downloads. No product, service, or publication utilizing the name or likeness of Artist may be produced, sold, or distributed without the prior written consent of artist. A4. Purchaser agrees not to commit artist to any personal appearances, interviews or other promotion or appearance without prior written consent from ARTIST OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE. A5. Purchaser agrees that there shall be no signs, placards or other advertising materials on or near the stage during the entire performance; nor shall any such advertising appear on tickets, flyers, handbills, or posters without the prior consent of artist; nor shall the artists appearance be sponsored by, or in any other way tie-in with, any political candidate, commercial product or business. A6. Artist retains rights and control over corporate concert sponsorship and / or tour sponsorship. In the event a tour sponsorship is added at any time before or after contracting is completed, it is understood that the purchaser will make the best efforts to incorporate the tour sponsor's name, logo, and other requirements to any and all advertising henceforth. A7. Artist shall have sole and exclusive merchandising rights. A8. Purchaser will make available thirty (30) complimentary tickets per show to artist for their sole use. Seats must be in preferred locations. Artist will contact the box office no later than one hour prior to the concert in the case of unused tickets. A9. Purchaser shall have the right to distribute 30 tickets or 1% of the sellable house (whichever is greater) for use for media, sponsor, and other promotional needs. These tickets do not include tickets set aside for artist requirements. No other complimentary tickets are to be distributed without express written permission of artist.

B. MISCELLANEOUS B1. Purchaser shall not allow audience to enter place of performance until technical set-up has been completed. Artist shall complete said setup one hour prior to time of performance. ARTIST REQUIRES A MINIMUM ONE HOUR SOUND CHECK AFTER COMPLETION OF LOAD-IN AND SETUP. FESTIVAL PRODUCERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING WITH THE ARTIST'S REPRESENTATIVE. B2. Purchaser shall not permit and will prevent: A. The recording, filming, taping, videotaping or any broadcast of the artists performance or any portion thereof without the artists written approval. B. The manufacture, distribution, and/or sale of any and all souvenir items associated with the artist or performance without the artists written approval. B3. No discrimination for reasons of race, religion, sex, age or country of national origin shall be permitted or authorized by purchaser in connection with the sale of tickets, admission, seating, or accommodation at the engagement. C. HOSPITALITY, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND TRAVEL: SEE ATTACHMENT A D. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: SEE ATTACHMENT B E. PAYMENT AND LEGAL CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES E1. All payments shall be made as provided herein. In the event purchaser fails to make any payment at the time stipulated herein or breaches any provision of this agreement, artist shall have the right to withhold performance without prejudice to his rights thereunder. E2. A representative of the artist, shall have the right to be present in the box office prior to and during the performance and intermission periods and such representative shall be given full access to all box office sales and shall otherwise be permitted to reasonably satisfy himself as to the gross gate receipts, (and expenditures if required) at each performance thereunder. E3. Insurance: (a) Purchaser hereby warrants and represents that it has and will maintain in force a comprehensive general liability insurance policy with ____________________________________________________ licensed to do business in the State of _____, Policy No. ___________________ which policy provides coverage of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate containing all broad form CGL extensions and Non-Owned/Hired Automobile Liability and $5,000,000 Umbrella Liability insurance. (b) Purchaser further warrants and represents that said insurance policy shall name Producer, its employees, agents, servants and contractors as additional insured parties for the full period of the Engagement, including any rehearsal period and post production periods, and that same is cancelable only upon six (6) day prior written notice to Producer. (c) All premiums for such insurance shall be paid timely by Purchaser and Purchaser hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold harmless Producer and its employees, contractors and/or agents from and against any claims, costs (including attorney's fees and court costs), expenses, damages, liabilities, losses or judgments arising out of, or in connection with, any claim, demand or action made by any third party, if such are sustained as a direct or indirect result of the Engagement. Producer and its employees, contractors, and/or agents from and against any and all loss, damage and/or destruction occurring to its and/or its employees', contractors', or agents' instruments and equipment at the place of the Engagement, including but not limited to, damages, loss or destruction caused by Act of God. The employees of the Purchaser are not the employees of the Producer. The insurance liability of the Producer shall be limited only to claims from its employees and does not apply to the Purchaser's employees.

DATO SHAKE PRODUCTIONS TECHNICAL RIDER 1. PURCHASERS ATTENDANCE CONTROLLING DECISIONS

Purchaser agrees to furnish at its own expense its pertaining to the engagement. From the time of arrival of the production equipment (including any outside staging materials) through to the time of departure. This representative must have copies of this entire agreement together with any rider(s), copies of all mailgrams and letters pertaining to the engagement. Purchasers representative will remain in the immediate backstage area and must be in constant contact with Producers production manager. Producers production manager will make all decisions relative to staging of Artists shows. Purchasers failure to comply with reasonable requests may require the show be canceled. The Purchaser will provide Producers production manager with telephone numbers (business and residence) of Purchasers principal and representative so that they may be contacted during the fourteen (14) days immediately prior to of Purchaser will be personally present at the place of the engagement from two (2) hours prior to show time. Producers Artist shall have the first right to set up for all instrument and properties used in the presentations, and the aforesaid instruments and properties shall not be moved, relocated and/or used by, any person other than road/production managers of Producer without the express permission of Producers production manager. During the performance of Artist, any other musical equipment shall be in an area completely off stage. No movement of any equipment may take place while Artist is on stage. Two (2) runners must be available exclusively for the Producers use from the load-in to the load-out. This person shall be separate from the stagehands. The runners should each be equipped with a valid drivers license, vehicle and knowledge of the local areas music stores, hardware, same-day service laundry and dry cleaner and electronics stores. All runners not specifically requested by the Artist will be paid for by the Purchaser and included in settlement. 1. STAGING With the exception of personnel directly involved with the running of the show, the stage and the immediate surrounding area will be cleared completely during the performance. During the entire performance, the stage area will be under the absolute supervision of Producers stage manager. The security guards at the stairs will be so informed and there will be no exceptions. Producer issues laminated passes to all stage crew. These are the only one passes will be obtain stage area access during the performance of Artist.

2.1

Purchaser shall furnish at his sole cost and expense: 2.1.1 2.1.1 2.1.2 2.1.3 2.1.4 A permanent stage free of all obstructions and of a sound physical construction of the following dimensions: Sixty (60) feet wide by forty (40) feet deep. No higher than six (6) feet high or lower than five (5) feet high. There will be sound wings Stage Left : Twelve (12) feet wide and twenty-four (24) feet deep set four (4) feet in front of the down stage edge and at stage height. Stage Right : Twelve (12) feet wide and sixteen (16) feet deep set four (4) feet in front of the down stage edge and at stage height.

Producer will provide a barricade for every performance. Purchaser is to advice venue of Producers intention to supply same, and the Producers barricade will take precedence over any other barricade. A walkout must be constructed between the barricade and stage center, for use by Artist during the show. The above mentioned walkout is vitally important in the event of the venue having an orchestra pit. Purchaser acknowledge that Producer is unable to use a larger or smaller stage than that specified, as its flooring is designed and cut to fit only on this size stage. If Purchaser cannot supply comply with this requirement, it must notify Producer immediately. In addition, the stage will be a minimum of five (5) feet in height. There will be two (2) sets of strongly secured steps with hands rails fastened to each side upstage rear of all temporary stages. All staging must not have any lips, rough edges, nails or any other item sticking up that may cause injury. All temporary stages to be constructed must be able to Support 250 pounds per square foot. In addition to the stage, risers in the following dimensions are to be provided by Purchaser at its sole cost:

Thrusts - - Stage monitor/thrust platforms shall be carried by Producer and shall be positioned at the front of the stage. There are three (3) thrust: 2.4.1 2.4.2 Center thrust projecting up to nine feet (9) feet from the front edge of the stage into the audience. Another thrust shall be positioned stage left from the center thrust. It shall project up to eight feet (8) from-the front of-the stage into the auditorium. A third thrust will be placed to the stage right side of the center line.

SHOULD THIS PRESENT ANY PROBLEMS, THEN A NOTICE IN WRITING SHOULD BE SENT TO DATO SHAKE PRODUCTION MANAGER SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO ENGAGEMENT. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. 2.5 Outdoor Stages: In outdoor concert situations the stage should be sixty (60) feet wide by sixty (60) feet deep by sixty (60) feet high, of sound physical construction with no surface flaws or protrusions. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the safe design and construction of all stages, sets and accompanying equipment and facilities. Outdoor Sound Wings: The sound wings for all outdoor shows will be constructed in such a manner as to facilities the optimum P.A system coverage of the applicable venue. The sound wing design will be-tailored to the specific shape of the audience seating area and will be large enough to accommodate as much equipment as deemed necessary in the sole discretion of Artists technical staff. Outdoor Roof : The roof covering the stage at all outdoor concerts will be of weight-supporting nature capable of supporting an additional 10,000 kgs. of total distributed weight. The roof must be rectangular or square. Purchaser acknowledges that Producer cannot use circular or trapezoidal shape roofs. The width of the roof must be at least sixty (60) feet and the depth at least forty-eight (48) feet. The height of the roof above the stage must beat least thirty (30) feet. All roof plans must be submitted to Artists production manager for approval no less than one week before the scheduled outdoor engagement. Approval of roof plans is at the sole discretion of Artist production manager, and any such approval shall not relieve Purchaser of its sole obligation to ensure the safe construction and design thereof. Covers for Console and Followspots : In all open air concert venues, Purchaser shall-in addition to Purchasers obligation to cover stage, wings and roof provide adequate cover to protect all sound consoles, lighting consoles, video control consoles, all followspots and the operators of all the aforementioned equipment customarily placed in the house, as opposed to onstage. The cover shall protect against rains, wind, sun and all other environmental hazards which may be counted, either of the natural of manmade nature, and shall be affected in such manner as to allow the operators to perform their jobs with no interference. Outdoor Weather Proofing : At all open air venues, Purchaser shall provide a sufficient amount of new plastic covering to cover all equipment of Producer. At least 12 large rolls of 10mil plastic sheeting, in roll form, shall be available to cover all equipment. In no case will used or soiled plastic be acceptable. Only new rolls of plastics will be used.

3. 3.1

MIXING POSITION Sound and Light Mix : Purchaser shall place two platforms on the auditorium floor, one immediately behind the other. The front platform shall be 12 X 12 deep X 1 high; rear platform shall be 12 X 8 X 2 high. These platforms shall be positioned pursuant to the directions of Producers representative. Seats must be available to reseat anyone whose view is obstructed by the mixing equipment. Security barriers shall be available where appropriate or requested. If the venue is a flat, non-seated house, Purchaser agrees to provide and pay for a sturdy platform, the minimum dimensions of which shall be twelve (12) feet wide by thirty (30) feet deep by two (2) feet high, for the placement of the various consoles. In all non-seated venues the mixing console shall be protected by a barricade on all sides. SPORTLIGHTS Purchaser shall provide four (4) Follow spots. The placement of these spots will be determined by Producers lighting director on the day of the show. Each spotlight must have a separately fused 30 amp circuit. The Follow spot shall be in good working condition, each with four sets of carbons and good working irises and dousers, all cleaned and tested prior to each performance. Should the public have access to the spotlight positions, Purchaser shall provide a secure stand together with one security man per spotlight. Purchaser agrees to provide four (4) operators. Operators must be available for thirty (30) minutes prior to each performance for pre-shoe briefing. Purchaser will ensure that operators are at positions not less than twenty (20) minutes prior to the commencement of Artists performance for final instructions and headset check. Any overtime incurred due to spotlight operators tardiness will be the direct responsibility of Purchaser and will not be a deductible shoe expense. FORKLIFTS NOTE : All machinery should be in best mechanical/working condition with sufficient fuel and experienced operators. If a propane forklifts are used, Purchaser will ensure it is fully fueled prior to move-in and again before move-out. It is imperative that the drivers be warned not to go over cables. Any damage to cables do caused will be charged to Purchaser and will not be a show expense.

5.1

Clubs and Theaters : Forklifts will not be required for Club and Theater venues only if flats, direct access is available to the stage for Producers equipment. Any equipment access problems should be communicated IMMEDIATELY to the Producers office (this includes truck access to the loading dock). Arenas: Purchaser will provide two (2) fork trucks - with minimum eight foot (8) extensions with a minimum lifting capacity of 6,000 lbs. and lift of fourteen feet (14) competent operators. Purchaser shall ensure that extra fuel is available to power the lift for the complete period between commencement of load-in and completion of load-out.

Outdoor and Dome Venues: Purchaser will provide three (3) forklifts with a minimum lift capacity of 6,000 lbs..,.., balloon tires, and lift of sixteen feet (16) with competent operators. A minimum of one (1) of the sixteen foots lifts must be equipped with side shift feature. In addition, a Pettibone Super -8 forklift or equivalent with a capacity of 5,000 lbs., side shift feature, and a lift of 35 to 40 feet shall be provided by Purchaser. A continuing shift of qualified operators, experienced in the proper and safe operation of the Pettibone lift, is essential. The machines shall be available from the commencement of the stage/roof load-in until the finish of the stage/roof load-out. Sufficient fuel must be available to allow continuous running of these vehicle throughout the construction and removal period.

SCISSOR LIFTS Five (5) scissor-lifts with a platform height of thirty-feet (32) and a lift capacity of 1,500 lbs. will be need as spot-light towers (exact times will be advised).

PIANO TUNER Daily at 2:00 pm to tune A-440 pitch.

POWER REQUIREMENT 8.1 8.2 Requirement for Sound Power of 3 Phase 415 volts/200 amps per leg shall be supplied within 50 feet of the stage area. Requirement for lighting two (2) X 3 Phase 415 volts/200 amps per leg, 3 Phase @ 220/240 volts shall be supplied within 50 feet of the stage area.

NOTE: All electrical power supplies provided for Producer must be installed in accordance with the safety regulation required by the appropriate public or statutory authority. Should the venue not comply with these power specifications, Purchaser

agrees to pay for the temporary installations of the powered generator or a power system, so that all the above requirements may be provided specified. Purchaser further agrees that should the power be turned off without the authorizations of Artist or its representative, Purchaser shall be liable for the whole cost of replacing any equipment damaged as a result of this act without prejudice to Producers other rights. Delta power is not acceptable. All power hook ups must be of 220/240 volts, 3 Phase & with neutral ground. 9. CABLES Purchaser agrees to secure for Producer the right to run cables along the floor of the stall to the balcony and along the balcony floor to and from the back, speakers, mixers, lighting units, without any restrictions whatsoever from local authorities or any other source. 10. Purchaser must ensure that Producer has the right to use any flying points or hanging bars that may be available in the venue for the purpose of suspending sound and lights or set pieces. A grid plan of the venue must be made available to Producers production manager on receiving this Rider. 11. SAFETY CURTAIN If there is a safety curtain at the venue, Producer shall retain the right to direct the lowering and rising of it during the equipment change-over. A complete waiver may be required of certain venues. 12. HOUSE LIGHTS Artists production manager shall retain the right and over-riding control of the cueing of the house lights in relation on Producers show. 13. FRONT ROW SEATS In seated halls, purchaser shall not set up the first twenty (20) rows of seats until directed by the Producers stage manager. Also, these twenty (20) rows of seats shall be struck by house staff immediately after the performance. It must be further arranged that this area be swept once the sets have been removed, as this will allow Producers crew to set up and strike the show without difficulty. Whenever possible, the first two (2) rows directly in front of the stage shall have all seats directly next to each other, end to end, so that there is no aisle provided which leads to the stage. In most facilities, in order not to compromise the fire aisle in any way, all individuals behind the first two (2) rows will exit the building or make trips away from their seats back down the aisle. Only the first two (2) rows will be linked in such manner so as to provide greater order throughout the show around the stage and to provide a

safety environment to members of the audience in sections of the show which generate energetic enthusiasm, dancing in fire aisle, etc. This should not involve adding any seats to the first or second rows, but rather bringing in the two ends toward the center so that the first and the second rows are actually shorter in length than all other rows. 13. RIGGING 13.1 Producer will require flying lights and sounds. Building roof drawing and load allowances shall be sent to Producers production manager to arrive by no later than fourteen (14) days prior to engagement The height above the stage floor level, across the entire area of 60 X 40, shall be a minimum of 35 (10.75 meters) Where bridling is required, the stage will need to have a minimum clearance of 45 above the stage floor level. Additionally, there will be need to an area, 90 wide and 6 from the front edge of the stage, into the auditorium, which form a-rectangle, where, immediately above this are, the P.A will be flown.

14. PARKING 14.1 Purchaser shall provide, whenever possible, parking spaces for two 40 buses, in close proximity and with direct access to the loading doors/stage door. This vehicle will arrive at the building during the early hours of the morning of concert day(s), so parking spaces should be reserved from the previous evening if necessary. These spaces shall be required throughout the day, during the show and subsequent load-out. In order that Producers crew and drivers are able to have sufficient sleep, it is imperative that the vehicle is not asked to move once they have arrived on the morning of the concert. Applications should be made to the relevant police authority for parking dispensations if required. Shore power for buses must be supplied.

TOWELS Purchaser shall provide towels for the use of Artist. Artists band, Artists road crew, the opening act and the opening acts crew. Such towels shall be large, bath-size towels that are pre washed, clean, fresh, neatly folded and free of odors and stains. Towels should be made available to Artists production manager pursuant to the following timetable : At load-in 1 dozen At Soundcheck 3 dozen 1 hour before Show 3 dozen After the Show 3 dozen 10 dozen towel (120 total towels)

17.

PRODUCTION OFFICE One room shall be equipped with phones for the ex elusive use of Producers staff. The numbers of the phones must be confirmed to the Producers office before no later than two weeks prior to show date. One phone will be equipped to prevent outgoing calls. Location should be near load-in area, but separate from Purchasers office. Purchaser shall provide one person between the hours of 12 noon and 12 midnight to act as receptionist. This person will answer the phones and ensure those messages are given to proper persons respectfully. 18. CREW CALL/PERSONNEL

A separate rigging/construction call may be necessary. If so, please provide for the following people: 18.1 LOAD-IN 9.00 am 1. 4 X Riggers 2. 2 X Ground man 3. 4 X Loaders to unload Producers equipment (unless otherwise advised) 4. 6 working stagehands (unless otherwise advised) 5. 19.

GENERAL SECURITY 19.1 Purchaser shall provide adequate and clearly identifiable and responsible security staff from 4.00 pm. until the equipment has been fully loaded in the Artists vehicle at the end of the show, for the protection of the Artists equipment both on and off stage. 19.1.1 At least one hour before the doors open, Producer may require a briefing of all security and crowd control personnel who will be assigned to the mixing board, the front stage area, and any posts that provide access to the backstage. This meeting will provide an opportunity for a briefing by Producers tour security personnel. 19.1.2 At least one hour before the doors open, Producers security personnel shall meet with some member of the management of the building in order to review lists of employees who will be present during the pre-show and show. This review is related to Producer security program. 19.2 Within this general stipulation, Purchaser shall in particular provide: 19.2.1 Two person to be available from the time the band arrive at 4.00 pm. 19.2.2 From 6.00 pm. (from the time the doors open): one person per access point to backstage area at all time; one person for the dressing rooms, two person, one each

This particularly applies to security staff backstage, on stage and front of stage. Before the doors open, Producer or his delegates must be introduced to the person in charge of security, and must take his instructions from the Producer. The Purchaser will arrange a meeting between Producer and all security men before the doors open. Sign in sheet will be mandatory for all personnel. In the event of unreasonable violence by any security personnel upon members of the Public being observed by Artist or crew. Producer and Artist reserve the right to cancel or terminate the show immediately and Producer is entitled to its full contracted fee. Purchaser will not permit anyone backstage who does not have a pass issued by Producer. Purchaser agrees that any passes issued by Producer will be recognized by his security personnel. Producer will show Purchasers representative all types of the passes that Producer has issued. Passes issued by Purchaser will not valid. Barricades to be available when necessary for mixing consoles and front of stage.

FACILITY SECURITY 20.1 Purchaser shall provide an-adequate security staff of experienced, properly trained, unarmed and non-uniformed personnel who will work in connection with Producer security director. In reserved seat situations patrons should will be allowed to stand up in front of their seats during the performance, if they so close, but no on their seats, and local promoter will not take it upon himself, nor will local security personnel take it upon themselves, to ask people to sit down in their seats. However, Purchaser and its security personnel shall make every effort to keep fire aisle clear.

BACKSTAGE SECURITY

Producer shall provide administrative, technical and security personnel with badges, which must be worn enable them to gain access to areas where the public will not be admitted. No persons without badges will be admitted to the backstage area and on the day of each engagement, no personnel whatsoever will be admitted to the dressing rooms of Artist or Artists group without their excess approval. This includes facility personnel.

22.

EQUIPMENT SECURITY 22.1 Four (4) men overnight on any consecutive performance: One (1) on-stage, behind stage, parking area, and dressing room area. These men should be available for assignment immediately following show and must remain on duty until crew and show security personnel return the following day. Additional security will be required at all outdoor shows. Exact requirements to be advised.

OUTDOOR VENUE SECURITY 23.1 Outdoor Engagements Purchaser and its security chief will meet with Producer for the propose of facilitating all security matter relating to the Artists and bands entrance into the facility, their stay and performance at the facility, and their exit from the facility. Producer will rely greatly on the experience obtained from Purchaser and facility regarding proper security arrangement for the event. 23.2 Passes Producer will carry passes for all staff and guest. Purchaser agrees to make all building personnel aware that these are the only acceptable passes. Passes issued by Purchaser will not be valid. 23.3 Security Guards Producer retains the right to demand substitution of any security guards who, in Producers sole judgment, are not physically or mentally capable of performing their duties. Any security guards who use excessive violence in pursuance of his/her duties must be rejected from the building upon demand by Producers production manager.

SOUND CHECK, REHEARSAL, LIGHT FOCUS

The show requires a technical rehearsal to commence between 1600 hours and 1700 hours for a minimum of three hours. Purchaser agrees to make all parties

aware of this fact and to allow this rehearsal to take place without interruption. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the complexity of Artists equipment necessitates a complete check before each show. The check may be performed by Artists or by road crew members at Producers production manger option. 24.1 24.2 24.3 24.4 A minimum of one hour is required by Artist. This rehearsal will begin 2:00 5:00 pm. and will be uninterrupted. No audience shall be allowed to enter the place of performance until such check has been completed to Producers satisfaction. The house electrician will be present for the entire period of the sound check/rehearsal/light focus. Doors will not be open until permission is given by Producers Production Manager.

LIGHTS DURING SHOW

Purchaser will make arrangements for all lights not specifically required by local Safety ordinances to be turned off during the performance. This especially applies to clocks, scoreboards, advertising billboards and concessions in the hall. All door way to lighted hallways will be curtained . 26. LOADING AREA

The loading area and backstage areas shall be cleared of all vehicle and equipment prior to move-in and move-out. 27. GARBAGE Purchaser acknowledges that garbage on stage is unsightly and dangerous. Accordingly, Purchaser shall provide two empty full size (36 gallon) plastic garbage cans to Producer Stage Manager no less than three (3) hours after stage all. 28. LAUNDRY

Prior to the arrival of the Producers crew, Purchaser shall locate facilities to clean or launder items belonging to Artists staff. Purchaser will provide towels for the crew and for the performance in accordance with the terms set forth hereinabove. 29. TRANSPORTATION

Producer will receive gratis, for the duration of the engagement, including Producers arrival and departure hereunder, the following transportation requirement: 29.1 Two (2) 12-passenager, chauffeur-driven vans with tinted windows for Artist and party, to include travel to and from the following: airport, hotel, all rehearsal, venue and press conferences, radio station interview and/or personal appearances. In addition to the vehicles set forth in (29.1), one (1) custom van, chauffeur-driven van with tinted windows to be used as indicated above.

ARTIST CONTROL

Producer shall have the sole control over the production and presentation of the performance, including the length of the show and the content. 31. PHOTOGRAPHERS

No photographers and/or cameraman shall be permitted on stage, in stage wings and/or stage and dressing room area, without prior permission of Producer. Purchaser accepts sole responsibility that no cameras will be allowed in the place of engagement during the performance. Producer will control and issue all photo passes for performances. 32. PRODUCTION ROOMS 32.1 Private Rooms All rooms must be clean carpeted (preferably in light earth tones), free from odors, comfortable (cleanliness to be determined by Producers Tour Manager) and capable of being locked securely. Keys shall be provided to the Producer Tour Manager. No one other than Producer, security personnel, stage personnel and Purchaser are permitted in stage and dressing room areas with Producers approval. Purchaser shall provide rooms to meet the following specifications: 32.1.1 Artists Dressing Room This room is to be large, well-lit and ventilated room to comfortably accommodate twelve (12) people, and should have the following facilities: 1. Comfortable seating sofas and easy chairs, as required.

Hot and cold running water Private toilet facilities (en suite wherever possible) Adequate work surface and coffee tables. Adequate overhead and table lighting. Adequate mirrors small and long drop. Clothing racks of strong, sturdy construction. Minimum of four (4) 220-volt power outlets. Proper heating/ventilation or air-conditioning, temperatures of which can be controlled by the Producer. Free-standing curtains on stanchions should be available to ensure privacy in the dressing room.

32.1.2 Bands Room This room should be large enough to comfortably accommodate twenty (20) people. There should be sufficient together with benches, tables, mirror, power outlets and washing facilities. 32.1.3 Bands Tuning Room A room located near the band dressing room is required for this purpose. When private toilets are not available en suite, then there should be bathroom facilities adjacent to each of the dressing rooms. Furthermore, these bathroom facilities shall be clean and stocked with all necessary items. 32.1.4 Production Room The purchaser shall provide one room to serve as production room for the exclusive use of the Producers tour manager and productions manager. This room must have a desk and a minimum of three chairs. It shall also contain the telephones as requested in Paragraph (17) of this rider. This room is to be lockable and the key given to Producers production manager at load-in time. NOTE: All The room should be fitted with keys to be held in possession of the production manager. Purchaser shall provide one security guard for each room from 4:00 PM to midnight. All room switch keys must be ready for occupation no later than noon on the day of performance. Purchaser shall ensure these rooms are clean and private, for the exclusive use of any member of the Producer staff and crew. These rooms must be in the same building as the performance hall and must accessible to the stage without passing through the audience area. All

furniture for band, vocalists and support act must be padded or upholstered. The towel shall be bath size. Soap shall be of top quality. Purchaser shall be prepared to add a Hospitality Room/Area should it be deemed necessary by Producer. The Room/Area will be arranged for by Producer with Purchaser. 32.1.5 Crew Room One room for the sole use of productions crew. This room must be adjacent to the catering room where at all possible, be large enough and equipped with tables and chairs for forty (40) people to eat together. This room must also be clean, hygienic and well-ventilated. 33. SOUND, LIGHT AND BACKLINE EQUIPMENT:

Purchaser is to provide and pay for first-class Sound, Light and Backline equipment. It is agreed and understood that in the event said equipment cannot be provided locally, Purchaser will pay for all excess baggage, freight and hiring costs of said equipments.
