The Median Sales Price in February was $174,000, down -23.9% from $228,750 in February of 2012 and up 50.0% from $116,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $214,894, down -6.1% from $228,931 in February of 2012 and up 52.8% from $140,611 last month. February 2013 ASP was at a mid range compared to February of 2012 and 2011.
