a) Consider relevant official statements of UBs mission, vision, policies, and/or related external legislation, codes, etc.

5. Impact on the University

a) Name the operations of the university that will be affected.

b) Identify the resources (human, financial, physical, operational, technological, and other) needed to implement and maintain compliance with this policy. c) Identify any changes to UBs culture and/or behaviors that may be involved. d) Indicate the compliance mechanisms that exist or will need to be created.

6. Stakeholders Who Will Be Consulted in Developing This Policy


a) Responsible offices bringing forward new policies are required to consult with stakeholders that are most knowledgeable or will be affected by the requirements being established by this policy. Please list these stakeholders whose input you will seek in developing this policy.
