" BATMAN: CRIME UPRISE THE BAT-CAVE Bruce is searching the bat-computer for information on Santa Prisca. Selina is with him. Selina: "Fox is making a costume for me Bruce. You can't deny me as your partner." Bruce: "WHAT? Without-? Why would-? Fine. But I work better alone." Selina: "And that has been your excuse for the past year. You need backup. Help. Face it Bruce, you're not immortal." Bruce: "I know. But I need to act like I am. Selina: "Why are you even searching this place anyway? Any significance with a new 'super' criminal? Wait. It's..." Bruce: "Bane. He nearly broke my neck last time a saw him. I got a blood sample, and it had a chemical in it." Selina: "Like the Joker?" Bruce: "No. Not at all like him. The blood contained the chemical, and it dissolved. After that the blood shrank. It disappeared. So i concluded that this chemical sustains him. Without it-" Selina: "He dies. So is that what makes him so strong too?" Bruce: "I'm not sure, but I also learned that he was born in this city. He had to serve his father's life sentence in their prison. That's all I know. I also think he's been studying me. He let me escape. To survey how I fight." Alfred: "Master Bruce, the signal." Bruce: "Okay Alfred. We aren't done about this partnership." He got into the Bat-mobile and went off. He was driving as fast as he could to the GCPD. He was almost there when, SMASH!!! The Bat-mobile flew into the air in flames. It landed on the street upside down, with other cars swiveling out of the way. Batman struggled to get free. The car was being lifted. He reached for a Batarang and cut himself free. He fell to the ground. The car was coming down on him. Batman rolled out of the way into the legs of a man. He looked up. Bane looked down on him. Bane stepped on his chest. A rib cracked. He screamed in pain as Bane grabbed his face. He blacked out. Bane; "Hello Batman. You are probably wondering why I didn't kill you on the spot. It is because I am not a coward. I do not fear you. I would rather kill you in a fight, when you are strongest, then when you are at your weakest. Untie him." A man came down from the staircase above him. He untied Batman and he lunged for him. he knocked down all the men in the stairwell. Except Bane. He only watched. Bane: "Impressive. Even with a broken rib you fight. And win. You won't win against me. And just so you know, I'm not boasting. I simply speak the truth." Batman: "Go to Hell." Bane; "I will see you there." He grabbed Batman, and shattered a bone in his left arm. He threw him through an open doorway into a parking garage. Bane: "Face me Batman!" Batman: "With pleasure." GOTHAM STREETS In the middle of a street lined with graffiti and boarded up doors is a bright sign that reads, ICEBERG LOUNGE. A short, round man, wearing a tuxedo, top hat, and carrying an umbrella walks in with a tired looking man. He is OSWALD COBBLEPOT. Oswald: "You think I give a damn what you think? 'Cause I don't. I don't care if it's 6:00 PM or 1:00 AM! A customer wants me, and that brings me more money!" Man: "B-b-but Mr. Penguin." He realized his mistake. Man: "I'm sorry Mr. Cobblepot Oswald: "I. Hate. That. Name."

Man "Please forgive me. PLEASE! I have a wife! Kids! Please." Oswald: "You think I give a damn?" He lifted up his umbrella, and the top dropped open. He shot the man. He walked over to a booth and sat down. A man was there, in the shadowy end of the seat. Oswald: "So, what do you want? Guns, ammo, vehicles, men, costumes if your going after the Bat. Um, gunpowder, explosives, jewels, do we sell- oh, right. I shot him. Well that's as mush as I can remember. What'll it be? In cash." The man slipped into the light revealing himself to be Two-Face. He whips out a pistol. Two-Face: "What we want Mr. Cobblepot, is you dead." THE PARKING GARAGE Bane: "Please Batman, you aren't even trying! At least let me feel a poke! HA HA HA!" Batman: "Damn. You." Bane: "Let me help." He picked him up. Bane: "Punch my face!" He did. Bane didn't flinch. Again. Nothing. Harder. Bane laughed. He threw Batman across the lot onto a red car. He looked at it. There was a huge dent. Bane charged him. Batman threw a Batarang in his face. Bane went straight through the car and off of the garage. He didn't come back up. Batman was about to leave, bloody nose, hands, and everything else, when he heard a vibration go through the floor. Batman: "Oh no." Bane had torn down the lowest floor. The entire thing came crashing down. Concrete slabs were coming down on top of him. The floor was being ripped apart. A hand grabbed Batman. He struggled, but couldn't get free. He was ripped through the floor. Half of his ribs were broken. Everything was bleeding. He had lost all feeling in his legs. The suit was torn. Flesh ripped off his right hand. All of it. He was tossed across the demolished landscape. Two more ribs. Bane stamped on his chest again and again. All his ribs broken. Bane: "I will finish you. I will end you! I WILL BREAK YOU!!!" With that, Bane struck a finishing blow. He lifted Batman up, and broke his back against his knee. THE BAT-CAVE Selina: "I'm looking for him." Alfred: "Miss Kyle you cannot. It is too dangerous." Selina: "I have the suit. I won't have fight anyone. I just have to find Bruce and leave." Alfred: "Miss Kyle, it is not that simple." Selina: "Stop treating me like a child! And stop treating Bruce like a child! We aren't-" Alfred: "Children anymore? If you want me to stop treating you like children, then stop acting like them! Go if you want, I give no support." Selina: "I will. And you'll thank me. Let's see, tracking, and, there! Wait. I'm only getting flashes of images. Oh my god. He's surrounded by debris. It's all on top of him. The parking garage." She went into another section of the Bat-cave, and got her suit on. THE ICEBERG LOUNGE Oswald: "So, you think you can sneak into my lounge, stick a gun in my face, flip a coin, and run if it lands on heads? Is that it? Cm'n talk!" Harvey: "I was doing the right thing. You piece of trash." Oswald: "Well I'll have you know that I am a well respected man, and lot's of people would pay to see how long you could survive in that iceberg!" Two-Face: "I have a deal for you. I help you, you help me. I get to be the face of your gang, I don't die here. You won't get arrested, and you'll have someone to be arrested." Oswald: "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't just kill you here and send a dumb thug to be the face of my gang?" Two-Face: "Because I still have a gun." He had untied his hands and pulled out a second pistol. Oswald: "How the Hell does he still have a gun!?! I thought you checked them..." Man: "Mick." He shot Mick. Oswald: "Fine. Just do exactly as I say." Two-Face: " I'm okay with that." THE DEMOLISHED PARKING GARAGE

Selina: "Hi Batman." Batman: "Huh? What should I call you?" Selina: "Catwoman?" Batman: "Okay. Wait. No, no! Don't- don't touch me. Everything is broken." Catwoman: "You have to go. Maybe this thick layer of dried blood will help ease the pain." She picked him up and dragged him towards the Bat-mobile Mark:II. THE BAT-CAVE Alfred: "Oh dear God Almighty. What the Hell happened to you Master Bruce?" Batman: "Just an encounter with, ah! Bane." Alfred: "Did he hit you with a truck?" Batman: "A parking garage." Selina: "According to the scanner, he was dead for 10 minutes." Batman: "It's nothing. I need to get back to-" Alfred: "To saving Gotham? Not for 6 months I would say. You can't walk Master Bruce." Selina: "I can take over for that time." Batman: "Gotham needs Batman." Alfred: "We need to get you to a hospital. Now." Batman: "NO! No hospitals. Telling the doctor I just got really drunk at a party won't cut it. I'd have to say I'm Batman." Alfred: "That is better than dying in a cave with no one but your butler. I can't get the suit off!" Selina: "It's probably the thick layer of dried blood. I have some good news. Bane has left Gotham. Most likely thought you were dead. Oh. And there was a massive breakout from Black-Gate." Batman: "Harvey. He's out there. I need to go Alfred!" Alfred: "Master Bruce, I'm afraid you are going to be taking a long vacation. THE ICEBERG LOUNGE The next day Oswald: "So, I heard that Batman is out of commission." Two-Face: "We like this already." Oswald: "Your first order of business. Gain other criminals to our cause. The murder the other gangs. Waugh waugh waugh!" Two-Face: "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Gotham is ours." Harvey: "No. No!" THE GCPD BUILDING Gordon and a few of his men are waiting by the Bat-signal. Gordon: "He's not coming. Shut it off." Catwoman: "Hi. Batman's going to be... absent for awhile. I'm filling in. What is it?" Gordon: "Great. Another one. We suspect that Oswald Cobblepot is a crime boss. Black market dealer. I'd say go check it out, but-" Catwoman: "Don't worry. I can handle it." Gordon: "Wait! That's not what I meant but she's already gone. Damn." THE ROOF OF THE ICEBERG LOUNGE Catwoman is looking down at the lounge from the glass roof. Catwoman: "C'mon Ozwald, where are you? Oh well." She broke through the glass and dropped down. A thug came into the room, and Selina landed on top of him. Catwoman: "Lets see, booths, iceberg, and a computer? Hmm. Lets look what you've been up to lately Ozzie." She looked through the computer. She found information on deals, purchases, and: Catwoman: "Harvey Dent? Oh no. Gordon has to see this. I'll take the computer-" Oswald was coming. She jumped to the lower balcony and clung to the ceiling. He came in, and was talking on his cell phone. Oswald: "Okay Harv. Okay, look. I gave you a simple task, just collect some criminals, and murder everyone else. And you don't do either because of your coin!?! Come back NOW!- he hung up- Damn it. Wait, what the? Someone's BEEN HERE! Find him! Kill him! NOW!"

Catwoman: "This'll be fun" THE BAT-CAVE Alfred: "Oh dear, Master Bruce. I hope I have enough material to stitch you up." Bruce: "A drawer is dedicated to that down here Alfred. You have more than enough for a lifetime." Alfred: "I know. Well, at least I got the casing of blood off. You may be out of commission for longer than I thought. You need a doctor." Bruce: "No. No doctors Alfred. They-" Alfred: "Won't take getting drunk for an answer. 3 months. We take you to a doctor. Say you were in a car crash. At Poland." Bruce: "Four. Oh no- no! Don't do the stitches right now. If you do so much as breathe on me it'll be as if Man-Bat is biting me in a certain spot. While Killer Croc rips my lungs out." Alfred: "It's either that, or death. Bane smashed a parking garage on top of you. After he had broken half your ribcage and given you that fine layer of blood." Bruce: "Fine. Do it. I should just be out- GAH!" THE ICEBERG LOUNGE Catwoman is on the floor, surrounded by goons, with Oswald looking down at her. Oswald: "Well, look what we've got 'ere. Funny, never thought Batman was the dating type. Ah well, shoot her." The men got guns, and were all taken down. Selina bashed two heads together, and threw the m into two other men. She grabbed a gun out of another thugs hands and smashed it against him. She punched a last goon in the face and tossed him over the edge of the balcony. She went up to Oswald. Catwoman: "Hi. I heard you talking about how long I could last in the ice. Do you want to find out how long you could last impaled on the top? If you don't, then tell me where Harvey Dent is!" Two-Face: "Right here. Heh heh. Heads, I win. Tails, you lose. Lets go." She kicked him between the legs and he dropped down. She kicked him in the head, and threw Oswald on a table. It broke, and he fell to the floor, and saw his umbrella. Two-Face got up, and tackled Catwoman. She punched him in the air, but she hit the ground. He rushed at her but she sidestepped and rammed his face into the ice. She did it again. The ice started to crack. Oswald went for his umbrella. Two-Face rammed Selina into a booth, and she punched him in the mouth. he faltered, and she rammed him into the ice again. Oswald picked up his umbrella and shot the ice. It broke apart. It started raining down on them. Two-Face ran out of the building. Catwoman ran out of the way of the chunks. She ran to the upper level. She hit Oswald in the face. She knocked him out. THE GCPD BUILDING Catwoman has brought Oswald to Gordon. Gordon: "Thanks, I guess. It's a shame Dent got away. You did good anyway. I guess I should trust you. Thanks again." Catwoman: "I don't think you'll have to worry about Mr. Cobblepot for awhile. And your welcome. She jumped off the roof and ran across the others. She made her way to the Bat-cave. Selina: "Hi Bruce. Having fun?" Bruce: "I heard you took down the Penguin. Not bad for your first, arg, night." Selina: "It's nothing compared to yours. You startled a gang of mercenaries and a businessman, was attacked by a fighter jet, and was nearly arrested." Bruce: "That's right. Now go. Alfred says I should be asleep." Alfred: "And you should be. Miss Kyle, if you would kindly-" Selina: "Leave? Okay Alfred. Bye." 3 MONTHS LATER THE BAT-CAVE Bruce's legs and arms have healed, his back and ribcage have healed a small amount. Bruce: "I've been in bed for 3 months Alfred. Can I have a wheelchair?" Alfred: "Of course Mater Bruce. In one week." Bruce: "Thanks. Can you track Selina?" Alfred: "Of course. She's with... Harvey. It seems she has finally found him." Bruce: "She's safe. She has a 90% chance of winning. 50% from the coin. The rest from her natural talents."

Catwoman: "I could've sworn he went down here." A bullet whizzed by her. Catwoman: "He's here. Harvey! I'm right here!" Another bullet went by her. This time closer. She ran after him. more bullets came, and she saw Two-Face climbing up a ladder to a manhole. She climbed up. Right into a street filled with armed men. Two-Face: "Lets say we finish our little flip, eh?" Catwoman: "Oh no." THE BAT-CAVE Bruce: "I have to help her!" Alfred: "Master Bruce, you cannot. We could tell Gordon. He could help." Bruce: "I have to save her. Harvey will kill her!" Alfred: "Warn Gordon. Then we can think of something else. Where is she? Oh, the courthouse." Alfred got the phone. He gave it to Bruce. Bruce: "Gordon, Catwoman's been taken hostage by Dent. He's at the courthouse. I'm not available. You need to go." Gordon got his men and rushed to the courthouse. Alfred: "Now what?" THE COURTHOUSE Catwoman is tied to chair, and at gunpoint. Two-Face: "Gentlemen of the jury. This woman has caused us nothing but problems. And now, we decide in a few seconds, what becomes of her. A flip of a coin. Should I flip it?" Men: "Yes!" "No!" Yes!" "Yes!" "Yes!" Harvey shot the one that said no. Two-Face: "Then it's decided! Heads I win, tails you lose! Heh." Gordon busted into the room. His men followed. Two-Face's men dropped their guns. Two-Face flipped his coin. Gordon shot it out of the air. Gordon: "Put your hands up!" Two-Face: "Never!" Harvey: "No!" He grabbed a knife from the floor and stabbed himself. Harvey had killed Two-Face. Catwoman: "HARVEY!" Gordon: "NO!" He ran over and looked at the body. Harvey's eye was closed. Two-Face's still stared at Gordon. He untied Catwoman. Catwoman: "Thanks. Oh, Harvey." Gordon: "I'm- I'm sorry for this. To have happened. He must have been close to you." Gordon's men were bringing the gang to their vehicles. Gordon left. Catwoman stayed. THE GCPD BUILDING Gordon has just came back. He's talking with detective Arnold Flask. Gordon: "Has Cobblepot talked yet?" Arnold: "No. What happened?" Gordon: "Dent. I'm going in there." Arnold: "Where is he?" Gordon: "Hell." He went into the holding cell. Gordon: "Hi Oswald." Oswald: "Don't baby-talk me. I can handle a few 'harsh words'." Gordon: "OK. Harvey Dent is dead. Supposedly, you put him in charge of your gang so you would have less

chance of being arrested." Oswald: "Correct." Gordon: "It's been three months. Why didn't he try to break you out?" Oswald: "I don't know? He flipped his damn coin!?! Obviously it was all part of his plan! He let's me be captured. He takes over my gang. He becomes the leading criminal force in Gotham. He takes over the damn city!" Gordon: "Now, they'll wait, and-" Oswald: "No they won't. They'll hide until another costumed freak with a dumb name comes, and join him!" Gordon: "Fine. You're staying here until Black-gate is rebuilt." He left the cell. Arnold: "Gordon, I have some bad news." Gordon: "What?" Arnold: "There was just a massive breakout in Arkham. The super criminals are still there but-" Gordon: "Go. I'll get more men. Get to Arkham!" THE BAT-CAVE Bruce: "Harvey's dead Alfred. He's dead." Alfred: "Yes, Master Bruce." Bruce: "He killed himself. Harvey wasn't doing those things. Alfred, do you remember Harvey's mood swings? " Alfred: "Barely. Didn't you call him Big Bad Harv? And say that he was like another person altogether? Oh. I see." Bruce: "So, what if he was another person?" Alfred: "But that's impossible! Although I have seen a living glob of clay. I agree with you." Bruce: "And Harvey didn't want any of this. I have noticed a change in his voice when he's about to kill. What if Harvey killed Two-Face?" Alfred: "I would say you were insane. But you do dress as a bat, and I haven't called Arkham yet." Bruce: "So Harvey died a hero. Can you track Selina? Alfred: "Of course." He went to the Bat-computer and tracked Selina. He traced the sound. Alfred: "Oh dear. She's at Arkham. It's in ruins." He put on the news channel. (Viki Vale: "There has been a massive breakout on Arkham Island. The Asylum is in ruins. Inmates are rumored to have already reached Gotham, but this has not yet been confirmed. Inmates such as the Joker and Clayface Are still in the Asylum. The entire wing that they were being kept on has not been hit. Commissioner Gordon and Batman's rumored replacement, Catwoman, are both here. We also do not know if the inmates planned this, or if someone freed them. We'll have more on this story as it develops.") Alfred: "Well that is not good." Bruce: "Bane. He's back in Gotham. Selina isn't safe. Gotham isn't safe. I have to help Alfred." Alfred: "Fine Master Bruce. You may go after you take this shot." Bruce: "What is it?" Alfred: "Mr. Fox developed it. It puts robotic vessels into your body, and they help repair and replace bones in your body slower, but more efficiently than any doctor." Bruce: "Okay. Do it." He gave Bruce the shot. His body dropped. Alfred: "It's also a very strong sedative." ARKHAM ISLAND Gordon: "Doctor. Doctor you need to tell me what happened." Doctor: "Well, I-I was treating a patient. I-I heard a rumbling noise . Then, after a few minutes, I felt one. The roof started to collapse, and I ran out. I saw a big man, and he ran away after the building was destroyed. I hid near the rubble, and he freed the patients. He told them something, and they ran to Gotham. The man left with them. Thirty minutes later, you showed up. That's all." Gordon: "Thanks. It's pretty much the same as the other doctors. This wasn't a random occurrence. Someone planned this." Catwoman: "I agree. And I think I know who did it. You remember the parking garage." Gordon: "And how it was torn down? I do." Catwoman: "Batman was in that parking garage. A man named Bane destroyed it. He also destroyed Blackgate. He thought he killed Batman. I think he found out he didn't." Gordon: "You think this guy is back? I'll tell Vale." ARKHAM ASYLUM HOLDING CELLS

ARKHAM ASYLUM HOLDING CELLS Joker: "Hello? Is anyone going to let me out? No? Damn." THE GCPD BUILDING Cops are firing their guns at Bane. He just walks forward, knocking them out of their way. He walks towards Cobblepot's holding cell. He smashes it open. Bane: "Mr. Cobblepot. I have a preposition for you." Oswald: "Look. You think that just because your all big and tough that I'm just going to do what you say!?! No! I sir, am a Cobblepot! And Cobblepots do NOT TAKE ORDERS!!!" Bane lifted him up by his neck with two fingers. Bane: "I will crush your head with my thumb. After I rip off your limbs." Oswald: "What do you want me to do?" THE BAT-CAVE Bruce: "Alfred, I can't believe you did that! Why did you sedate me?" He tried to move his arms. He couldn't. "And strap my are and legs to the bed!" Alfred: "There wasn't any other way of keeping you from getting up. I'm sorry Master Bruce." Bruce: "Well get them off!" Alfred: "I can't do that Master Bruce." Bruce: "Why not!?!" Alfred: "Because you would try to get up. You would try to save Gotham. But you would die in the process. Every night, when you go, I fear the worst. I never think you will come back. And when you do come back, no matter your condition, I am relived. If you were to go tonight, then I believe that the fear would become a reality. I do not want that. And I believe that you don't want it either." Bruce: "Alfred, have I ever let you down?" Alfred: "Once. When you decided to do this. I'm sorry Master Bruce. I can't let you go. THE GCPD Gordon and Catwoman are searching the building. Gordon: "What the Hell happened here? It's like-" Catwoman: "It was Bane. Cobblepot's gone. The cell door was smashed open. It's bait." Gordon: "So where do we go? The Iceberg Lounge? That was Cobblepot's base of operations before you got him." Catwoman: "Exactly. I'm going to go there. And find Cobblepot. Hopefully Bane will be there too." Gordon: "You sure it would be a good thing? I mean, he did destroy all of Arkham, Black-gate,a parking garage, the inside of the GCPD, and nearly killed Batman. Oh, she's gone. Well, I hope she comes back." THE ICEBERG LOUNGE Catwoman is looking down into the lounge. Oswald is in there. Alone. She dropped in. Catwoman: "Hi Oswald. Feeling better after I smashed your face in?" Oswald: "Oh, yes, much. And it's not Oswald. It's Penguin." Catwoman: "I must say, it does suit you." Penguin: "Thanks. Now could just stay right there while I shoot you?" Catwoman: "No thanks." She ran away from her position and jumped to the ground floor. Catwoman: "Can't you just tell me where Bane is? It's like you want to get beat up!" Penguin ran to a booth. He walked back to the railing with a rocket launcher. Penguin: "Waugh waugh waugh waugh waugh!" He fired at Catwoman. She ran from the small explosions. Thugs appeared on the lower balcony with grenade launchers. Miniature explosions were all around her. THE BAT-CAVE Bruce: "Alfred, I need to go. Alfred: "Master Bruce, I swore to your parents, that I would protect you. I haven't." Bruce: "I can go Alfred." Alfred: "You can barely stand." Bruce: "Even barely standing is still standing. You told me that when I was 9, the week after my parents died.

I could barley stand then. But I was still standing. The same with just barely dragging yourself across the floor is still moving forwards. You taught me that two months ago. I need to go Alfred." Alfred: "It seems I have become more a father to you than ever. You just used something I taught you against me. Okay Master Bruce. Go." He took off the straps and helped Bruce up. He almost fell down but kept moving forwards. He got in the Batsuit. Alfred: "Good-bye, Master Bruce. Hopefully not for the last time." Batman: "Don't worry Alfred, it won't be." He got into the Bat-mobile and drove out of the Bat-cave. THE ICEBERG LOUNGE Catwoman has beaten the last of the thugs. She ran to the balcony that Penguin is on. She punched him in his long nose. She punched him again. Again. Again. "I'd put the man down Catwoman." She was surrounded. She threw Penguin across the room. She looked to the other side of the balcony. Thugs had their guns aimed at her there too. She surrendered. The thugs tied her to a chair. Penguin: "Well then. Y'know, this seems awfully familiar. Tied to a chair. In a room filled with goons. With a gang leader. Aw, you look sad. Pathetic. Get me a drink." Thug: "Yes Mr..." Penguin: "Mr. Penguin. I said get me a drink!" The thug ran out. He went to the bar and got a bottle. He poured it into a cup. A hand went over his mouth. He dropped to the floor. Penguin: "Where's my drink!?! Have to do every damn thing myself!" He went to the bar. Thug 1: "So, did you hear? Oswald wants us to call him Penguin." Thug 2: "I know. I heard him. Never thought that he would want us to call him that." Thug 3: "Yeah. My cousin got shot 'cause he called him Penguin." Thug 2: "Same here. So, what do we do with her? Thug 1: "Beats me-mmph" The thugs dropped to the floor. So did Batman. He picked himself up and tipped the chair Catwoman was tied to over. Catwoman: "What was that for? Wait, your here? Now?" Batman: "Quiet." He ran across the balcony to the thugs shooting at him. He tripped one thug, punched the one behind him, grabbed his gun, knocked the third one unconscious with it, dropped a smoke pellet, took the second one out in the confusion, while the first was left standing. Batman was gone. Thug: "WHERE ARE YOU!?!" Batman: "Here" He knocked him out, and dropped to the ground. He gasped in air and stood up. He fell down again. He untied Catwoman when Penguin came out. Penguin: "What the- I thought you were dead! Well I can still kill you!" He ran down to the ground floor. Batman and Catwoman chased after him. Penguin ran out of the lounge to the streets. They were about to go after him when they felt a vibration go through the floor. Bane burst out of the wall. Bane: "I see you are still alive. Now, I will truly break you!!!" Batman: "No Bane. This time, I break you!" Bane charged towards them. They ran out of the way. Batman tossed a smoke pellet to Catwoman. They both tossed one down, and Catwoman grabbed Batman's hand and they grappled to the balcony above them. Bane rammed into the wall below the balcony. It started to crumble, and they went back down to the ground floor. Bane grabbed Catwoman and threw her into the wall. He punched Batman. One of his ribs cracked. He got up. Bane had his fingers clutching Catwoman's neck. Batman ran towards Bane. He threw Catwoman into the wall again. He added more of the chemical to his blood. It added six inches to his hight. He hit Batman. He hit him again. His body slammed through the wall. Batman got up. Bane ran through the wall. Bane: "So you are still standing. I am impressed Batman. But you can't beat me." Batman: "I won't let you win. You won't break me." Batman pressed a button on his gauntlet. The bat-mobile crashed through the wall. It hit Bane. The car tipped up into the air. It exploded. The force didn't move Bane at all. He picked Batman up. He threw him into a wall. He got up, and Bane rammed batman through five more walls. He punched him through another wall onto the street. A car came. The man in it hit the brakes, got out, and ran. Bane picked up the car. Batman noticed something. A small control panel on Bane's fist. He got out a Batarang. Bane: "Any last words Batman?" Batman: "Duck." He threw the Batarang. It hit the control panel. Bane grew two feet. His muscles doubled in size. He screamed

Bane: "Please Batman. I need the Venom." Batman knocked him out. THE BAT-CAVE Selina: "So, do I get to stay your partner? Bruce: "I think you have to." Selina: "Yes, I think I do." Alfred: "I cannot begin to explain the happiness I feel right now." Bruce: "I'm still alive Alfred. I plan to stay that way." Alfred: "Do things ever go according to plan?" Bruce: "No. No they don't." Selina: "I should get going." Bruce: "Bye." Alfred: "You do realize, Master Bruce, I'm not going to let you do this again. Bruce: "I understand perfectly Alfred. I just won't ask for your permission." Alfred: "Well, that would simply be unavoidable." Bruce: "As always." Selina: "Um, Bruce?" Bruce: "What is it?" Selina: "Um, the Bat-signal is on."
