NICKERS SADDLERY RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY 2011 Returns will be allowed to the customer by the dealer who sold the item within an allowable time period. Restocking Fee Structure: Restocking Fees cover the wear and tear on items during the allowed time frames. If products are returned dirty, excessively worn, or with more wear than is normal for the specified time frame, additional discounts will be deducted from the refund, including a cleaning fee at the discretion of Nickers Saddlery Ltd. Shipping of unwanted or incorrectly ordered products is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded. 5% Restocking period is 10 days after the customer receives the goods. 10% Restocking period shall be from 11 30 days of the customer receiving the goods. Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different one, exchanges will be accepted without restocking fee only on products in new condition. Customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping for exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original product purchase. Custom orders that fall outside the parameters of regular Sensation products are nonrefundable at the discretion of Nickers Saddlery. This includes, but is not limited to, custom coloured saddles in bright or abstract colour combinations, custom patterns designed to the customers individual needs, or accessories made to custom measurements. Nickers Saddlery will not be responsible for refunding any money to the dealers or customers who are not direct customers of Nickers Saddlery, unless the goods are proven to be defective and within warranty. Defective Goods Sensation Ride saddles or tack shall only be returned with prior authorization from Nickers Saddlery Ltd. Suspected defective goods should be discussed with the dealer prior to seeking return authorization. Proof of defect may be required by request of photos. Method of shipping to return the saddles must be as follows, unless directed otherwise by Nickers Saddlery Ltd: Packages must be sent via regular mail (no couriers) and will be insured to the maximum appropriate amount. Returns must be addressed to: Nickers Saddlery Ltd 108-197 Warren Ave E Penticton BC, V2A 8N8 All returns should be clearly marked on the box and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Slip which is to be obtained fron Nickers Saddlery Ltd prior to the item being shipped. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes

page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
