Do you have food allergies? Do you have any health problems? Do you plan on meeting any friends in the US during the trip?

We want everyone to have great memories! Please take a variety of pictures each day: 1-3 buildings or parks 1 photo of a library 1-3 photos of yourself 1-3 photos with your friend 1-3 photos with a parent 1 group photo

8. LUGGAGE
Our Cathay ight allows 2 pieces of check-in luggage. Please leave some room in your luggage bags for gifts, souvenirs, and clothes!

4. LATE POLICY
Please dont be late! Our tour guide works very hard to get us to our destinations on time, and the schools will not wait for us to start an information session!

9. GIFTS AND SHOPPING


For every college or university, we will reserve time to visit their school gift or bookstore. Their merchandise is only available on campus. Remember to bring your spending money with you!

5. FRIENDLY BEHAVIOR
Please remember to be polite, as you are in a foreign country. Please follow the rules set by any school we visit. Do not use cellphones, take pictures, or translate during information sessions. If you have complaints or problems, speak directly to the group leader!

Keep your important IDs and passport with you, in a safe place, at all times!

INFORMATION SESSION Columbia University


1. 2. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we have time to distribute materials to your group. Guests that arrive 20 minutes past the hour or later will not be allowed in the information session. The group visit is intended for students who are interested in learning more about Columbia University and higher education. To that end, it is the responsibility of the chaperones to ensure that the group is attentive, engaged and does not disrupt the overall session/tour. Admissions ofcers, often with undergraduates, present information and answer questions about admission to the college, nancial aid, academics, extracurricular activities and residential life at Harvard. Registration is not required online or at Agassiz Theater for admission sessions and tours. Please note that university policy does not allow us to store bags, luggage or personal belongings while visitors take our tours or attend the information sessions. 1. The group must arrive at the scheduled time. Groups arriving more than thirty (30) minutes late cannot be guaranteed a tour. A chaperone must remain with the group at all times during the tour. BROADWAY SHOW The Phantom of the Opera


1. 2. 3. Regular showgoers often dress up for performances. Stay classy. Turn off your cellphones. Do not check messages, answer phone calls, or take photographs during the show, or you may be asked to leave. Do not bring your own food or drink into the theatre. During intermission, food or drinks may be purchased in the lobby. In Opera and other classical performances such as the symphony or Shakespeare, it is customary to hold applause until an entire scene or work is completed. Broadway theatre performers love a good ovation any time, especially after songs in a musical.
