IT Employee Engagement

1)in constant dialog with team by effective and transparent communication at all level, to know what team members are up to, to know team member's interest by their capability/expertly and experience 2) Constantly motivating team member to engage them in work to give target with time frame so that employee would not waste times and give maximum time for work 3)appreciating their work by rewards , certificates etc 4)being friendly with tem member, giving enough time for their personal life to keep team member happy and live stress free life which will not commit more mistakes at work and eventually would not lose their interest in work

IT Operational efficiency

% Resource Utilization. The percentage of time spent on productive activities such as project , BAU etc.

% Project Effort. The percentage of time spent working on projects, as opposed to maintenance, enhancements/improvement and BAU. Increased Project success rate by reducing project churn or project failure rate

% System Delivery by technology investments, streamlining IT process and infrastructure resources optimization

IT Stakeholder engagement

Continuous engagement with stakeholders through -review meetings -via effective and transparent communication to recognize,
-understand their requirement. -Holding engagement in a manner that fosters mutual respect and trust. -Feedback and post implementation reviews from stakeholder to help improvement and enhancement in system till customer satisfaction

Accountability of Network Support Services deliverables as per SLA with stakeholders Regular meets with team members to know issues, conflicts within team To make understand each individual about his roles and responsibilities To setup stress free work environment for team members to invest their more time in work To have enough time for their personal life To conduct performance improvement programs for team by conducting trainings and knowledge transfers and by introducing new technologies Resource management To honor with reward for team achievement and good works
