better quality, productivity (higher rate of weld deposit @ 10 - 12 Kg / Hr.) and better die life.
 Developed new welding electrodes and indigenous MIG wire (equiv. to imported ones) to improve the
quality and reduce the cost.
 Instrumental in reducing the welding cost of the hot forging dies by 25 - 30% by changing the strategy in
welding.
 Developed a new die heating element to maintain the temperature of 450 deg cent. +/- 10 deg.cent.
