INTRODUCTION

Nowadays is important to study because it is possible to obtain best results in the real life, for that reason it is essential to know what are the learning styles that the person has to improve the process learning. There is an important tool that help to identify what is or what are the learning styles, this tool is called VARK (V= visual, A=aural, R=reading/write, K=Kinaesthetic). VARK is a questionnaire where person can distinguish how they learn best. One important characteristic of this questionnaire is that give the opportunity choose more than one option giving a better information about the learning style that person has.

Through this questionnaire every person can achieve a best development in the process learning; because the person discover which is the learning style that has such way when the learning style is discovered will be apply by each person to expand or improve the knowledge. Beside this questionnaire help to identify another learning style that person could use to learn better.

I have a multimodal (VARK) learning preference. Multimodal Study Strategies The multimodal style of learning means that I have a mixed combination of potentialities of the learning styles. Regarding my score Visual I have a good strategy for learn best but it not the same result regarding my score Aural is very low that means I do not have good learning through this way.

But according to my score, READ/WRITE category is the highest which means that I need to apply more strategies of learning and communicating from that category; to improve my knowledge. My score regarding Kinesthetic also I can use to learn more because make use of all my senses.

CONCLUSION I think that it is an excellent test because help us to understand better our learning process, also help us to improve our knowledge, put into practice the all process in each learning styles will be important in the acquisition of the foreign language we can obtain better communication each others, we can fell more confidents in a conversation. I agree whit the result because I know that I learn more reading and writing but the another learning styles I will into a count to improve my knowledge regarding the English language
